Hello! Adrian Advincula. Elementary Principal in Bozeman.
-
Thank you! I'm looking forward to discuss a little
-
(Q2)How does your school district use Google Apps for Education? (GAFE)
-
-
(A2) In our school here in TF, all Ss and Ts have accounts K-12 and we all use them daily to collaborate on assignments.
-
A2: We use it all - Mail, Drive, Classroom, Hangouts, Sites, and other extensions in our school.
-
The most important part of our use is the PD that we have with . It is key to implementation.
-
In and out for VB game. Dan Grabowska Park City. We use GAFE
-
A2.1 I also use Keep, Forms, Maps Lucidcharts, and translate.
-
Just implemented one to one chrome books
-
Welcome! Good to see you.
-
So true! We (As & Ts) need to understand and feel comfortable with our tools before we are able to use it w/our Ss.
-
A2 all teachers use GAFE to a certain extent. Some more than others. Many use classroom.
-
Wow that is great. We are not there yet and we have a mixture of ipads and Chromebooks.
-
Wade Sundby. Saco Montana. Superintendent/Principal. We don't use a whole lot of the google apps. Want to know more.

(Q3) How does your school district use Google Forms?
-
Using Google Apps almost exclusively at the admin level.
-
Welcome to the conversation!
-
Wow! Welcome to ! Sure glad you are here!
-
-
Not quite 1 to 1. About 200 chrome books for 350 kids.
-
(A3)Here in TF we use Google Forms for most of our data gathering for assessments. Used at Admin level snd in the classroom.
-
A1: Our school has newly adopted GAFE. Last year we focused on teachers use, now adding students. Drive, Classroom, Calendar
-
Our districts needs to learn more about forms. Admin doesn't use the tool. NEED TO...
-
we are one to one in the middle school high school. With laptops.
-
-
A3. I use it for Data gathering from staff and public. Would like to see Ts use for quizzes
-
A3: curr & As tends to use it as a formative assessment tool after PD opps, Ts use it in their classrooms, Ss also use it too
-
Hi!! Glad to be here. I will be on and off a bit.
-
-
-
A3.2: We also used it last year as a school to schedule P/T Conferences - slick but switched to https://t.co/RgPmQWrZyq this year
-
Great use of GAFE forms! I like it...
-

Mark Ator Principal Colstrip High School.
Became much more involved with Google Docs, etc last year

(A4) We use google classroom in our 6-12 grade classes. Our PD has been designed to help Ts with implementation.

Virtually all of our staff is using google classroom. Not all, but most.
-
Wow that is great! What kind of feedback have you received from Ts and Ss, and Parents?
-
Ha! I've already messed up the numbering system (long week)
-
We use forms for late\missing assignments. Limits down time in study hall.
-
-
A4: It is an optional tool, but our Ts in grades 3-5 use it as a way to facilitate activities w/their Ss & communicate w/Ps
-
That awesome! We have used forms for maintenance and tech work orders as well, super effective.
-
(Q4) Use is dependent on instructional facilitators & tech staff to train. Not enough to go around.
-
(Q5) If you use the monitoring service from Gaggle, what do you think? How do you monitor GAFE accounts?
https://t.co/J6b5DESor2

It is awesome! I would not role GAFE out district wide with kids without it!
-
(A6) Our teachers and students use docs, sheets, and slides in place of office! We only have office on lab machines now...
-
A5: I like gaggle. It monitors emails and google drive. It has helped us many times to identify concerns quickly.

-
We are using Google Classroom, but interested in Gaggle
