  • WaltKozlowski Jun 18 @ 9:34 PM EDT
Like high fives during a ball game. You don't plan for it. You just do it when the time is right! #COLchat

Although we may have the whole year plotted out, you never know what will come up. I look forward to working with my team to identify the successes along the way. As a team we can hope to identify as many things to celebrate as we can! #COLchat

A8: Keep allowing my Ss to recognize each other in meaningful ways for the wins they experience in their school day. Always ensure Ss voice it strong and empower my Ss to advocate for each other and themselves. #COLchat

A8: I am going to give myself reminders to look for opportunities to celebrate small wins with students every day. #COLchat

A8: I need to remind my staff to find the daily wins, too. "Glows and grows" may become a new phrase around our school. #COLchat
