    #122edchat a5 When my flame went out I didn't deal well but luckily mates reached back. So now I know texts, tweets, loaning books, quick #coffee, all of these can help keep or reignite flame once more. Reading Becoming has really been good and reaching back to friends now.

    Reflection is a big key to students taking ownership. I created a learning journal for them to do their reflections every friday and goal setting. I am always trying to do more. I agree that they need to do more than just write things down. #122edchat

    Yep! I started adding passwords, a kind of one word challenge, or "this or that". They tell me the voice level expectation and "sweet or salty" or the best thing they ate on the weekend. It starts the class off with a positive interaction. #edchat #engagechat #122edchat
