Oh, data!  As I have transitioned from T to admin it is clearer how important it is!  It helps us truly know our Ss and IDs areas

A2: This summer, we participated in the Leadership Challenge via  and it was fantastic; I recommend it!

A4: unless you're a vampire, you should reflect everyday!!

A4: I look at the overall impact. I have been focusing on staff morale, and een if I can make a difference for one I feel success.

If something is not successful I find where it may have fallen short and see hat can be changed, or if it should be trashed.

A4: Self-reflection is critical to growth and always remember that we do what we do is FOR students

Those that have a genuine heart of a leader want to be wise...self-reflection builds wisdom

 Yes! Sometimes what we do seems to only impact a few, but there can be long lasting results we don't see yet.
