I really think if more kiddos knew about intentional breathing, positive self talk and knowing that they had an adult who cares for them (you, their teacher!), they could cope with a lot. Kids need to know they're loved and to trust in you! #teachnvchat

I'm a much happier and more patient teacher when I have time to myself each day. This year, exercising very early in the morning is working for me and I love to listen to podcasts and breathe on my commute. #teachnvchat
