A2: I like PD that is directly applicable to the work I am doing. Books, asking people I trust, reading blogs, Voxer, Twitter, edcamps. Love playlists, too! #personalizedPD
A2: I sometimes don't even take 1sts, but PD that I always come back for give me CHOICE, love #patioPD and #firesidePD and PD days at school where I am involved in the decisions of the process.

A4 Have had the privilege of helping coordinate an annual Technology Summit #peqsummit for the last 3 years with @RichHayzler & others. Offered over 50 sessions each year w/ choice for staff - Great feedback! #personalizedpd

Reminds me that I need to be OK sometimes with not winning. We have yet to play an entire game of Game of Stories. The conversation gets so good, the game takes a back seat. :) #personalizedPD

Hello, Paula. #patioPD & #firesidePD is PD that people host either in their home or at some public location. They work w/all educators to get exactly what everyone needs.

A5 I know they're required but I hate compliance meetings. We're moving more to online content platforms, but some are unavoidable and torturous. #personalizedpd
We put #personalizedPD learning in the teacher bathrooms for our Intermittent Bathroom Series (IBS) to take sit and get to a whole new level! #ButtsGoNumb

Last year (my rookie year as principal) I literally lost every sign in sheet that mattered to my Central Office. There has got to be a better way?!!!
