One of my favorite aspects of the #EdCampHatters#flexibleseating session was that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the 37 participants was new to the #edcamp format.
And it worked; they talked, offered-up experiences, asked questions, proposed solutions.
What a great way to start the year.
