A1: unfortunately, this isn't something I'm as intentional about as I wish I was. I find that my week-end memo to my Condit family provides me time to reflect a bit as we look towards next week. #HISDAdminChat
A1. I need to do more of this. I'd say once a week. Our management team meets once a week and I conduct 1X1 meetings with my team once a week. So, I'd say at least once a week I'm reflecting on leadership practices. #hisdadminchat

I reflect daily! Also at the end of each week, I check my to-do list to see how much I’ve accomplished and what I may need to do to complete the rest in a timely manner. #HISDAdminChat
A3: I think for me I have to prioritize my reflections. We don’t always get to everything, but if I prioritize then I at least get to some of the most important things. It’s hard to do it all. #HISDAdminChat
A2: I have like 5 things, but allow me to address 2 areas...Definitely monitoring “progress monitoring.” I know it needs to happen, but not sure I am as intentional as I need to be with inspecting what I expect around it. Next, more strategic obs and support of guided reading!
A3) I find that we each have to become reasonable in when/how we might make adjustments. And to be gentle with ourselves realizing that some may wait. And that's okay. Need accountability & forgiveness/generosity. #HISDAdminChat
A2. Modeling a healthy balance for my team. I’ve gotten better at this esp this year but it’s still a work in progress. If we feed of each other’s energy, then we must know it’s okay to work hard and live hard at the same time. #HISDAdminChat
