We have over 300 schools in our district. But I helped organize the registration night with 8 schools around us.

A3: A few years back I worked with other admin to implement math prof. dev. for teachers in about 20 different schools.

A5: Vertical alignment is key. The success in ES leads to success in MS and success in HS. Students successful in ES graduate HS.
