A1 not necessarily a "moment" but being recognized as a talented person. Whether academically or in different activities
A1: I remember when teachers would play with us kids! I try to make that a priority now that I am educator.
A1: My sophomore year when I dislocated and chipped a bone in my left elbow...it was memorable b/c I am left handed!
A1 In Kinderland my favorite moments are when students send pictures or videos from home connecting something we did at school.
A1 Easy! Mrs Zerba 7th G math, being patient with me. Few other Ts had made me feel that same way.
A1: Ss threw me a going away party when I was going to Mexico for a week. Complete with large sign, party lights and treats.
A1 It was athletics for me. Just being apart of something I enjoyed in school setting.
Attending Honor Bands and Choirs. Learning that music is beyond my town’s doors.
A1 Not a moment, but life changing. Drama coach who encouraged me to try out for the play. As shy as I was, it was huge
A1: Any time learning was an ‘experience’ was memorable. Hands-on, thoughtfully planned, engaging lessons last throughout!
A1: I'll never forget Mrs. Lammers, my 4th gr teacher. She told me, "I'll never give up on you even if you give up on yourself."
A1: My 8th grade teachers impacted me & helped me know that teaching was to be my life. Wonderful people who cared deeply.

A1: in HS I was on speech team - had lots of experience talking in front of people. That's what makes it easier today (sometimes)

A6: Any time you witness past students come back to visit a classroom, you know a relationship was built beyond the books.

A7: I write simple T Y notes when I notice something neat that they do with Ss or other Ts. Most Ts are surprised someone noticed.
