Thank you for visiting #ksedchat. We welcome all educators to our chat that runs Mondays at 8 p.m. Central. Though many of our educators have their homes in Kansas, all teachers are welcome to pop in and join in on the learning.
Welcome to #ksedchat! Let's start by introducing yourself, what you teach, where you are located and a song that pumps you up on those bad days (cause we all know we have them)! Let's have some fun!
@kylabbaker
Hi #ksedchat! Kebra Panko, teaching 5th grade in Yates Center, KS. My go to song is Cry Me A River by @jtimberlake or any 90's-2000's pop hits. If it's a REALLY bad day it's time to break out the dirty rap LOL!
Nathan here, currently a student teacher in 5th grade at Colvin Elementary in Wichita KS. Currently “Glorious” by Macklemore gets me pumped up and ready to be #relentless#ksedchat

Hey all! I'm Audra, a PreK-5 Library Media Specialist for the Buhler school district. Along with the rest of the world, I'm basically the bearded lady belting out This Is Me as of late! #ksedchat
Hi Anna! So glad you could join! I love Air1, sadly via radio in a car I don't get the best reception of it. BUT, if I drive towards Wichita it comes in great! #ksedchat
#Ksedchat Sara from Garden City, elementary Science —> have to smile and dance with this song: Mandisa: Good Morning - Official Lyric Video https://t.co/qP7YbxH4LW via @YouTube
Katherine, a 3rd grade student teacher at Minneha Core Knowledge Magnet in Wichita, KS. "Thrive" by Casting Crowns gets me ready to face my day and make a difference. #ksedchat

I want to see this movie so bad!! I have heard nothing but great things! I have listened to some of the songs and they are incredible! Thanks for joining tonight! #ksedchat
A1 Stephanie 3rd grade at Neodesha. I must admit that I can get pumped up by anything I can sing along with! Imagine Dragon's Thunder is a good one. #ksedchat
Hi #ksedchat! Kara, HS science formerly of KS, now teaching in NYC. My pump up songs include @jimmyeatworld Praise Chorus, @katyperry California Girls, @Pink Raise Your Glass.
Hello all! Ashley Watkins, ELA and journalism teacher at Halstead High. Current jam is Safari Song by Greta Van Fleet (best band name ever, btw) #ksedchat
A1: I believe there is truth in this statistic. For me, my brain capacity is what kills me. We make so many decisions, answer so many people and try to manage our classroom. When I get home I just need to make no decisions #ksedchat
A1: I can see it being in the top ten. It is easy to say testing but I think we were stressed out before the tests. Ss have a lot going on and I carry some of their burdens because they can’t. #ksedchat
A1 I agree with this, but it was never the weight of assessments and expectations, but the minute to minute stress of supervising and managing an elementary class of 25+. Takes a lot of mental and physical fortitude to maintain that focus all day. #ksedchat
A1: YES! Stress finds us daily as we struggle, love, create, plan, deliver, & seemingly NEVER leave the office. We are creatures of good for humans- we want to change the world so stress finds us. #ksedchat
A1: Yes, agree! Hardest part for me is keeping up with all the data-tracking.. I struggle with keeping paper copies too. Is that bad? -- Beginning of the year is the most stressful, I feel! #ksedchat
A1: I see truth in it. Everyday there is a group of people that you are planning for. At times they aren't the most receptive yet we know they need things we can offer them. This leads to some stress. #ksedchat
A1: I don't know about most stressful, but it can be pretty darn stressful. January/February is my rough stretch. I need sunshine in my life (and now you know why California Gurls is one of my songs...) #ksedchat
A1. Because we care so deeply about what we do, our jobs can be very stressful. The most stressful parts are worrying about our students and having others outside of education try to interfere with the work we need to do. #ksedchat
A1: whoa a 3 parter! A: yes, there’s so much going on. B: most stressful when trying to fulfill requirements from admin, lit coach, etc. C: most stressful time is grade card time - like this week. #ksedchat
A1: Definitely agree with this statistic. Not only do we have SO many different roles we've lost count, but we are in charge of the next generation of decision makers... nothing to be taken lightly. Everything we do is for the kids. #ksedchat
A1: I would agree with the stat. I know that I am not in my own classroom currently, but that does not mean that stress doesn't exist. Dealing with students that are a constant battle are a stress for me. Also, I am worried about testing season coming up; my first one. #ksedchat
A1: Absolutely!! What stress me out is wanting all the best for my students and sometimes, once they leave for the day, it's out of my control.
People making decisions without hearing the voices of the Ts.
How can I reach this particular student?
#ksedchat
A1: I agree with the statistic. We have lives in our hands to shape and mold. That is a big job. Hardest part for me is teaching all the routines at the beginning of the year. #ksedchat
A1: Yes, because I can’t turn off my heart. Even if my grading doesn’t come home, I never stop thinking and worrying about my students. As STEM chair in my building, Science Fair is the most stressful for me. I just want it to be perfect! #ksedchat
A1: Teachers often feel pulled in a million different directions... trying to keep too many people happy. BUT like with any situation you get to decide what your attitude is in regards to all that. Do what is best for kids and you will find joy! #ksedchat
A1: I think the stress comes in waves, but ironically I stress the most during breaks. I worry about how things are going at home for many of our families. #ksedchat
A1) Agree, paperwork that means nothing or to prove that we are teaching, legal paperwork (IEPs), pleasing EVERYONE, trying new things, trying to teach others about your speciality when they believe all the myths. Most stressful time is evaluation time/6 IEPs in a week. #ksedchat
Yeah, I'm sad that she finally made it to Wichita, after I moved. My husband has to remind me that now I'm in NYC so I have much more access to good concerts...but I still haven't seen her yet! lol #ksedchat
In reply to
@thepankopost, @MrsSchramp, @jimmyeatworld, @katyperry, @Pink
A1 : Stressful? Yes. However, the rewards outweigh the drawbacks such as stress. - What stresses me varies with the year, class, parents, situations. - Kids in crisis situations & kids not at grade level despite efforts stress me. #ksedchat
A1: I would agree with this. There is so much to deal with beyond the eight hours you spend in a school building each day. I personally stress over work-life balance a lot. I can't be a good teacher unless I'm taking care of things at home
#ksedchat
Hmmm...I wish I could be one of those zen people who are immune to stress, but for me it is stressful. Worrying about student well being is a big part of it, as well as anything yearbook related. You haven’t known stress until you’ve been a yearbook adviser in May 🙃 #ksedchat
A1:Hmmm...I wish I could be one of those zen people who are immune to stress, but for me it is stressful. Worrying about student well being is a big part of it, as well as anything yearbook related. You haven’t known stress until you’ve been a yearbook adviser in May 🙃 #ksedchat
A1: I can see where it can be a stressful job if you treat it as a job. Education is a calling and those who know this see the stresss but know the finish line is worth it! #findbalance#ksedchat
A1: I can see teaching being in the top 10 for most stressful jobs. The day to day grind can be weary, as there are so many different needs to be met. The most stressful time of year is when we are doing assessments. #ksedchat
A1: 1) I have no idea. Haven’t worked enough jobs to make a fair comparison. 2) I have a lot of projects to balance simultaneously. Never have had this many before. Having fun learning! All of it is stress I love though. :) #ksedchat
Even callings can be stressful. There are many times where I feel called to do something but it's not the easiest to fulfill. Agree though that it is a calling and we have a heart for kids. #ksedchat
A1; I absolutely agree that teaching is stressful. Am I doing this right? Did I help that kiddo enough? Did I ruin fractions forever!? Does that parent understand? Will my admin support me? Am I making the right choice with 25 kids entrusted to me every year! #ksedchat
A2: To do lists because I lose all the sticky notes! I like to have everything on my Google calendar and get reminders because otherwise I would forget. The farther I can plan ahead the better I feel! #ksedchat
A2: my lessons have to be somewhat organized. I am flexible in changing the lesson in the moment if needed. But I have to have a goal in mind (prepared leasons) or else I feel lost on the daily chaos. #ksedchat
A2: I need help organizing my NOs. There is not enough organizing when you do too many things. Still trying to recognize the best from the good. #ksedchat
A2: I've got to have my https://t.co/B1uO9pdiQX in it's orderly way each week. I've got to have a week ahead ready every Monday AT LEAST. I need help organizing where to keep ALL THE THINGS w/ less paper copies. But some like them so I keep trying to hold them! #ksedchat
A2: I need to have lesson plans done two weeks ahead of time. I'm an organization freak! Everything has it's place and everything needs to be in that place. #ksedchat
A1 I agree. What stresses me out the most about teaching is that I can't stop thinking about it! W other jobs, I could come home & leave work at work. But w teaching I always think about what needs to get done, how what I'm watching on TV relates to tmrw's lesson, etc. #ksedchat
I find that setting up my bullet journal each weekend for the next week or two helps me mentally prepare for what's around the corner. I don't do anything fancy but I love that it's visual and I can tailor it to my needs (or whims) . #ksedchat
A2: My space in the classroom and my planning materials have to be organized for me not to be stressed. I organize my hanger for papers in the classroom by the order our day goes in. I plan in order of my day and then my week. #ksedchat
A2: I wouldn't consider myself the most organized...I have piles and I know where to find things. My desk needs some help....It's always covered with something #ksedchat
Student well being is huge for me. These students come to us with so many ACES and I feel like so many we never even know about. Can’t help but worry about some outside of the school day... did they get fed, are they being abused, are they alone, etc. #ksedchat
I want to cry that was me last year. I switched schools and went from 1st to 5th grade and I haven't been able to get back to my old self. I try not to get down on myself. Next year will be better! #ksedchat
A2 I always have to have my backpack organized, in it the books and binders are organized according to how much they are used, which is usually a daily use. I’m pretty organized everywhere, next year may change that and I may need help. 😅 #ksedchat
A2 I have to make a priority list each week and check it each morning of absolutes for the day. Keeps me somewhat focused when I feel discombobulated. (pretty good vocab there!) #smartguy#ksedchat
A2: I need help with it all! My desk is lost by Thursday and I have to dig to find it. My reading and math centers are organized in stacking drawer carts weekly and it keeps things running smoothly. #ksedchat
A2: Grading!! 4th grade has been overwhelming in the grading department. I have been in primary the last 5 years and it was so much faster. I feel like part of it is disorganization... but really avoidance is probably the bigger issue! #ksedchat
A2: I've come to terms w/the fact that I will never be fully organized. Ever. I try to justify it with a creative mind, ha! I carry around a clipboard in the mornings with paper/pencil/schedule so if kids or teachers have questions I don't forget something. #chemobrain#ksedchat
Yes, this year going from 1st to 5th was a struggle and I am not as organized as I was. I keep telling myself it will be better next year because there is no sense beating yourself up #ksedchat
A2: The 690 tasks that come to this Supt/ HS Prin day. The work of both hats stresses me, but never let the kids or staff see me sweat 😏 Delegate some, organize time w/ KIDS- they rock my world ☺️👍 #ksedchat
Won't lie, this is my organizational structure sometimes. #dontjudge me #okjudgeme#ksedchat I feel really REALLY good in August. Then by the time May comes by.....
A2) My calendar. I have a physical one but transitioning to google calendar. I need to know when I have IEPs so I can contact Ts & Ps & interview the Ss. Then my to do sticky list on my computer so I can crumple it up & throw it away. #ksedchat
A2: I have gotten rid of paper lists and use @GoogleKeep... home and school lists, shared lists like groceries with hubby and team lists at school. Then I have access to my lists everywhere. ❤️❤️❤️ it! #ksedchat
A2 I find that I have to have my desk and workspace organized or my day is chaos. I have also learned that surrounding myself with organized, sharing and caring friends makes my life much less stressful! Love my tech savvy friends keeping my in the know. #ksedchat
When you deal with so many lives, how can we not second guess ourselves? Yes, don’t be dramatic. But absolutely reflect on the hard questions. 😊 #ksedchat
It will get better. After 25 years I can safely say that organization comes & goes depending upon the season of life you are in. Just give yourself time & grace. This to shall pass. #ksedchat
A2: My calendar. I need to have a master list of when my IEPs are due, when I have morning duty(so my principal doesn’t have to remind me, ooops), and when I have family obligations #ksedchat
A2. I use the term, “Mise en place” to describe I how get ready for each day. It is a cooking term which means have everything laid out before you ever start. #ksedchat
My kids know it's dangerous to lay anything on it. They have specific instructions to not put anything on it and look at me crazy if I tell them to. #ksedchat
A2: for planning I’m obsessed with @planbookcom I can separate out reading groups, color coordinate, attach worksheets, pics and examples. So helpful year to year too #ksedchat
A2: My to-do list! I keep a master list, and then every day I take items from that list and put them on my daily list. I really, really try not to leave school until the daily list is complete. I am always looking for better organization for my Google Drive files #eek#ksedchat
A2) my office. If my space isn’t physically clean, I can’t function. :) I think when things come up I couldn’t plan for, I get a little stressed. I could benefit from building some time in my life to handle the “unexpected” because I know it will come up. #ksedchat
A2: Space is an issue in our school. No one has their own classroom, so I have had to learn to be WAY more organized than I've been before. We do have office space, but it still requires more organization. lol #ksedchat
A2: I have to have an organized countertop. I am much more tidy (year 3), but still working at getting better. I was gifted a big file cabinet of prior teacher’s things. I need to get better at utilizing technology to keep resources. #ksedchat
It was so hard for me at first but I love that I can hop on here and there with lugging things... doctor waiting room, getting oil changed etc. Plus they both have share, print and collab features! You should double duty and try it for a month... that’s how I started #ksedchat
I like digital for somethings but paper for others. For me, in order to fully comprehend and understand what I have ahead I have to write it down, that's just how I learn #ksedchat
A2) I try to live in quadrant 2 (7 habits of highly effective people book) and write my to do lists in quadrants. It helps me prioritize and stay out of quadrant 1! #ksedchat
A3: I have started running again which is a huge ME time and helps me forget about everything. The other thing is reading... I LOVE reading, so I always make sure I have a really enticing book that makes me want to shut out everything and escape! #ksedchat
A3: I recharge by spending time with my little boys and family. Love some peanut butter m and ms. Who are we kidding anything chocolate or peanut butter will do ;) #ksedchat
A3.1: Right when I get home, I give myself a break. I like to try new recipes (currently making IP banana oatmeal!) But I could eat ice cream any day, any time... I also run 30 min. (while watching Greys) every morning! #ksedchat
A3: Dark chocolate, of course! My favorite way to take care of myself is to take a nap every once in awhile on the weekend. I can usually tell when I am wearing down... #ksedchat
A3 Is beer a food #AskingForAFriend ? I go between a lot of intense running and reading inspirational works to terrible habits of binge watching Netflix eating cookie dough or curling up in a ball. Keeps me balanced. #ksedchat
A3) Recharge by walking the dog. Favortie food indulgence= cheesecake. Take care of self by listening to music, playing pickleball, cuddling children and pets, out to dinner with hubby, reading, and gardening. #ksedchat
Q3: I make sure to set aside time to color or end my day in my Bible; both of these really help me refocus myself. Chocolate, yes not a food, but is my self-care go to. Making sure I have time to relax and spend with friends is key to caring for me. #ksedchat
A3) I haven't found the off button yet. Does it come in May with the Master's Degree? Food - All. Really Twitter Chats are really refreshing - I am not alone. #ksedchat
A3: shut down? I can actually do that once I give myself permission. Food? Anything junk related 😉 LOVE me some wings & 🍺 What do I do? Spend time doing?- volunteering for church, head to the farm, write - #ksedchat
A3: I’ve restocked my fridge to have more quick foods like fruit and veggies. I try to prep for my lunches weekly so I’m not last minute packing a lunch. Need to get back to walking. I love ice cream so I still indulge!! #ksedchat
A3 shutting off and recharging for me means to jam out to music at full blast. Comfort food such as home made spaghetti like @gashmom23 makes. 🤩 My favorite way to take care of myself is to do DIY projects. #ksedchat
A3 I have a very difficult time shutting off my mind. I need to walk away from my laptop and my papers, and hop in the car and listen to NPR for at least an hour straight! Throw in a good grilled cheese and *maybe* I can relax for a few hours #ksedchat
A3)I do EVERYTHING in my power to not bring Work home. I want to be present for kids & husband. I’m a much better employee, educator & learner when I’ve given my family priority. B) dark chocolate and a coca-cola—fountain drink in styrofoam cup from QT. Very particular. #ksedchat
A3: Food wise, I follow the same routine nearly everyday. Since starting this a year ago, I've lost 40 lbs and feel so much better! #ksedchat
Smoothie for Breakfast
Chocolate @shakeology for lunch.
Whatever my wife makes for dinner.
A3: Honestly, sometimes talking with an adult, ANY adult can be helpful. I'll call up family and friends and discuss anything but work. Reminds me that there is life outside my job. Also reminds me that I'm more than my job #ksedchat
A3: The best way to recharge has been coming home and hanging with my wife and son. I also run a group of “old man b-ball” at the school that energized me and helps meet my social hangout time. #ksedchat
A3: chocolate and sugary coffee drinks... a movie with my kids, going to bed a little early, girl time, sometimes laughing at how ridiculous the day went or at something said by a student #ksedchat
A3: maybe a little vain, but I love getting my nails done, love the fun I have with the ladies at the salon. Not a food, but hot tea helps comfort me #ksedchat
A3: When things get really intense I upcycle furniture. Haven't been crafty in a while because I got a new dog... kinda "therapy" since he keeps me busy guarding toilet paper and books. Can't imagine what he would do with a pail of paint. #ksedchat
A4: My goal is to take less home, get enough sleep & leave it until tomorrow. Soak up this wonderful life! My husband keeps me accountable and I have done fairly well! Feeling guilty is hard though! #ksedchat
A3:Putting in headphones for time at the gym is probably the best way to reset after a long day. Food - anything Chinese that comes in a styrofoam container. And it’s cheesy, but having a good long conversation with my husband about the day’s events always helps my mood #ksedchat
A3: I've been walking regularly since the beginning of the year. Lost 10+ lbs now. Haven't changed eating habits yet, but will be working on that. My self-care food is dark chocolate. #ksedchat
A4 my biggest goal is to set more time aside for myself, participating in more twitter chats are helping me to schedule more “me time”. My PLN at #ksedchat has held me pretty accountable for this certain goal. 🤩
A4: I want to gain stamina running, less stopping and the runner's high... is it real people? Still not feeling it! My dog holds me accountable in the warmer months. Ready to be back outside! #ksedchat
A4:Letting things go that are out of my control. Why waste my time if I can't change it. I need my coworkers to help me remember what we can control and can't....and I need myself to think about the whole situation before reacting or getting too worked up. #ksedchat
A4: I want to research better guided meditation not only for myself but to use for my detention students. I want to be able to do it without a video because it can be a little distracting.. I have trouble staying focused so I know my students may as well.🧘🏼♀️#ksedchat
Couldn't agree more. It's so refreshing to talk with other educators. Especially in a group like #ksedchat that is so welcoming. We have the best around!
A4: I enjoy running & I am a bit competitive with myself so a big self care goal is to stay injury free. Teaching with a hurt leg is a mess & painful so I try not to be too stupid. #ksedchat
A4) Goals -1. Work out 2-3 times a week - 70% there. 2. Actually shut down and watch a movie/TV/Hang out with friend. - much better this year. #ksedchat
A4: I put my kids, and planning above all else, which I get told is gonna lead me to burn-out. I don't have a set regiment for self-care. I do try to get into my Bible every night. #ksedchat
A4: My self-care goal is to not let my crazy schedule stop me from working out consistently. This is particularity difficult with all the driving I am doing. @MrGStill and @themusicweaver help hold me accountable when we travel because they are great models! #ksedchat
A4: goal is to work only 2 weekends/ month- not succeeding these days. Also to leave the office @ 4:15 twice/ month- epic fail 🙄 Accountability is lead team PIC @usd271sgs - although we try hard, we always put ourselves last, but leaders need time & rest too. #ksedchat
A4: I am going to try to communicate better. Weird, BUT! If I communicate better it IS less stress because there is less misunderstanding, or repeating yourself, or setting yourself up for more work. #ksedchat
A4: First priority is doing what I need to do to stay in remission. Getting amped up for meal prepping and exercising. My guy is doing this with me so we can both look and feel better for his brother's weeding this summer. #ksedchat
A4: My goal has been to become more efficient in my day to day routines, and utilize my volunteers better. I also have tried extremely hard to not bring work home, because I want to be able to be hang out with my wife and son. #ksedchat
If I took part in this that would mean I would be winning in the bathroom challenge because I have such a small bladder. HA HA #teacherstruggles#ksedchat
A4: also use my time well when I’m at school so I can leave earlier and be present when I’m home. That way I can enjoy time with my boys, even though that’s not exactly relaxing. 😉 #ksedchat
A4: I am constantly setting a goal for myself to be more mindful. It is so easy to dwell on the past or worry about the future, but it does such a disservice to our students and to us as teachers. My counselor mom has been an amazing support for me in this goal #ksedchat
A4) make my heart healthier. I’m getting more cardio in more often. And my kids are always asking if we exercised today. So that’s a great motivator. And they are starting to ask to exercise with us. #ksedchat
We are a TEAM @AngSuperPowers@MrGStill#ksedchat...Our goal is to be in better shape at the end @KTOYTEAM2018 than when we began our travels across the beautiful state of Kansas! Let's do this!
A4: My self-care goal is to not let my crazy schedule stop me from working out consistently. This is particularity difficult with all the driving I am doing. @MrGStill and @themusicweaver help hold me accountable when we travel because they are great models! #ksedchat
A5: Honestly, #ksedchat is my favorite. I have been involved with quite a few Twitter chats but this one is so welcoming and the people are so open to sharing and being vulnerable. I just love you guys and am thankful for this PL Family! #ksedchat
A4: Goal to be in the moment especially with my family by shutting down email/work when we are together. My family is quick to remind me! #staycation#ksedchat
Let's mark that water bottle and put times on it! Maybe carry a empty milk jug around. Kebra Panko, personal accountability partner to the rescue! LOL #ksedchat
A5: I think my PLC/PLN and @thepankopost give me the best support with teaching! Friends and family with everything else life brings! #ksedchat -- excited to see your responses!
A5 I usually reach out to those I’ve met at @WichitaStateCOE or my #dhefamily. Most are on twitter or Facebook, but I usually text or call them when I need guidance quickly. #ksedchat
A5: I reach out to my coworkers usually through text or facebook messenger. We have some great converstaions. I love #ksedchat as my twitter group. Such grea converstaions.
Q1. Of course being a teacher is insanely stressful. But I’ve started to focus solely on doing what’s best for kids and letting the rest of the nonsense go...and it helps me take care of my students and myself more effectively. #ksedchat
A4 My personal goals the last few years are CHOOSE JOY & BEST YES. These help guide my decision making each day. This focus has made me less stressed & more confident. I engraved them on bracelets I wear as a daily reminder. #ksedchat
A4: my self-care goal is focusing on the positive... positive thoughts, words, interactions... positive notes to kids and other educators, words of thanks and praise, reflecting on the positive at the end of the day instead of just the frustrations, etc #ksedchat
A5: Being able to share on here is a great support. Sharing ideas, and realizing that teachers, regardless of years in the classroom, experience the same things as you is fantastic! #ksedchat
A5 Groups with different interests that don't always intersect are nice to have. Golf friends, coaches, other teachers, @MortsMartiniBar and the whatnot. Each help at different times. #ksedchat
#ksedchat~even though I've been bad at keeping up with chats lately. I also work with a fabulous group and we work well together. It really helps in the everyday!
A5) my colleagues are my first go-to but we don’t stress on social media. And my small group at church has always been a wonderful source of strength for me. #ksedchat
I reach out to @GLSENgkc to kelp support me and my students in our advocacy work. I have also reached out to @liveoutloudinfo to help my #LGBTQ students understand that there is life beyond high school. #ksedchat
A5: When coping with work-related stress, I have a small group of colleagues to whom I know I can always turn. They speak the truth and aren't afraid to help me get a grip!! #ksedchat
A5: I primarily reach out to @carrie_force and @SandySc70333143 from my teaching team, which has been helpful to talk with other teachers. I have also been enjoying these #ksedchat evenings!
A5: I have certain people I go to for certain things. But I tend to turn to Twitter a lot because I have SO many educators RIGHT there. Plus, while I have a relationship with some PLNs, work politics are removed and I can have somewhat honest feedback. #ksedchat
A5: I have the best team mate and I’m realizing how important that is. I’m in a FB group called unshakeable where we are reading Angela Watson’s book of the same name. Looking for ideas! #ksedchat
A5 I'm on a great Catholic women mailing list here in town--I can send an email asking for something for class and it'll be on my doorstep within a few hrs. Here on Twitter I love #catholicedchat, #sschat, #mschat , #worldgeochat , and #teachmindful . Oh, and of course #ksedchat
Q2. I am an organizational master. As long as my meal plans are done and my objectives for the week are solid , it’s really a matter of giving my family what they deserve to keeping as much stress at bay as I can. #ksedchat
Thanks for joining @kylabbaker & I for a fun filled chat. I hope you feel refreshed for the week ahead. Post a GIF to show how you are feeling after the chat! Join @Ms_Shook next week for #ksedchat ! Thanks again and continue being AWESOME!
I agree!! If your spouse supports you, listens, gives advice, lets you know when YOU messed up... that’s the best support you can get. 💗my supportive hubby. #KSedchat
This chat really came at the perfect time for me! My students and class has been a little extra stressful lately! Thanks for the great ideas and reflection #ksedchat
A3. I’m ridiculously horrible at taking care of myself, but I’m making more time to read for pleasure. I enjoy aromatherapy and yoga, when I make time to take care of me. #ksedchat
