The most meaningful work has been moving past technology as a replacement tool to a creation tool.

>Boom-modeling of the unknown; believing in the bigtime payoff for kids/families
I have it recording! Will get caught up after the
A3: silly, often overlooked step....profile pics! That & setting norms for prof vs pers convos
When we model it and teachers experience it as learners, space is created for coaching relationships.
A3: Teaching kids to brand themselves in a positive way...digital footprints, profiles, etc.
A3:When done well, digital transformation allows every student to be heard. Ask teachers if they are hearing from everyone.
A3: Tech has to be put in the proper context - it should be an additional tool, not a replacement for T role and influence
you are creating safety...
A3: Use Digital Tools as a means to enhance the teacher-student relationship and dialogue...enhance NOT replace!
A3; w/ Ss it all abt positioning and framing emotional questions to build trust (explicitly teaching how to ask ?s w/o tech

Teacher led PD! Co-created with teachers--doing what they find helpful + meaningful to innovate.
A5: I increased transparency on social media as a learner! It is so important to connect and grow a PLN.
A5: Creating a culture of continuous improvement; rather than simply believing that what we have been doing is good enough.
A5: Lead from behind. Let Ts plan, pick, implement, reflect on their PD. No more whole group PD.
