A8: How exciting! I would love to learn more about leaders as coaches. We know there are the required "teacher evaluation" processes, but how can we help teachers clearly differentiate when we are wearing our coach's hat? #LeadLAP

Q8: Discipline: What to do with Ss who opt out. That is my big struggle both as a teacher and parent. When is enough with Ss who menace the school environment? How to get Supers and School Boards to listen to Ts. Ts are leaders, too. #LEADlap

A5: I have to know you to grow you. Take the time to get to know your staff, students, parents, and community. What’s in their heart and mind could be the spark of something great for your school community. #LeadLAP
