I try to have students share their story in the moment. When it is not a good time, I always try to remember to ask them later about it. Remembering shows them that you REALLY care. #2PencilChat
3rd graders are notorious for thinking what they are thinking is in their story. I just ask questions and then say, Did you write that? Do you think that is important? #2pencilchat
