A4- I think this is so important. Our district has a superintendents advisory @LIFTJCPS is a group that does a great job with students voice, several schools in my area have scholar advisory and @atherton_high has a scholar on their SBDM to get that voice #Area4success#JCPSChat
A5-reflecting is important &I try to do it weekly if not daily. I also ask for feedback when I present to better my craft. I use surveys and evaluations to better grow as a leader. I take risk and know it's ok to fell, just don't stay down but get up try until succeed #JCPSChat
A4: We have a club at Moore called culture dialoguers where individuals speak about any current society problems and ways to face/solve those problems. #JCPSChat#KNOWMOORE
A7- I am a little biased but so impressed by the students of Moore. They showed up and gave honest, insightful answers. Maybe we need to do a student chat since student voice came up.
