A4: Building the leadership capacity of your staff makes them more confident in addressing adversity when it rears its ugly head.

Q5. Tell us the skills you like your principals to have when it comes to teacher discipline?

A5: I prefer great hiring skills so that the teachers do not require being disciplined.

a5: I agree. 20% more time in the selection process will mean 80% less time in the coaching process.
