A4: Building the leadership capacity of your staff makes them more confident in addressing adversity when it rears its ugly head.

Q5. Tell us the skills you like your principals to have when it comes to teacher discipline?

A5: I prefer great hiring skills so that the teachers do not require being disciplined.
