For me, the key was finding places where I could reduce time needed by putting direct instruction on video. Then I could work 1:1 #flipclass

When I wasn't 1:1 I showed the video to whole class, and offered rewatches if needed, both in/out of class time #flipclass

It really depends. I can put a short lesson I've taught dozens of time on video in 15-20 mins. The first time is much longer tho #flipclass
