A3: it begins way before the school day begins: me time, reflection, research, lesson prep, reading, lesson prep, me time, etc.
a3 chocolate milk, breakfast of champions; a good playlist; and coffee...lots of coffee. Also, I have an awesome job.
A3 workout/jog, loud music on my drive in, and getting there super early to make sure things are ready to roll for us
