A5: Revamping a lot. Restructuring my curriculum for starters to coincide with historical events so that I can reinforce those tested in American History. Also am moving to a more standards based grading system. I want my grades to reflect my standards. #OrEdChat
A5: For years we've had Tiger Families (a group of Ss assigned to a teacher who meet once a month) to build bonds... but this year we are completely re-tooling it and matching Ss to Ts based on interests so it can align better with each S having a "champion" #OrEdChat
A5 I'm letting go of Fun Friday. It seems that it is more of a punishment for the kiddos that don't earn it, than it is a celebration for the ones that do. #oredchat
A5: In my new role it has been fun to see what we can change up and what we need to hold on to. It's interesting how much we invest in things without even thinking about them sometimes. Trying to be more cognizant of that! #OrEdchat
