A1: Data is often shaped to fit need. We choose what data is +/- and useful. I think there are elements of truth and false in both.

A2: I think I tip more toward Data Driven, but I don't feel anyone can be 100% in that category. Ts can't be perfect in data use.

I think that expectation is pretty unattainable. To be 100% means your mastery is flawless. With data, that's impossible.

Autocrat is the name of the mail merge extension. Tough to use, but can save time once you get used to it.
