No grade. Working towards mastery, with ups and downs, but the ups have been much higher than the downs lower. Innovative thinking is growing in our HS. Big Win! #bfc530

Teaching, working w/Ss & Ps It's going well; last year's reflections are making this year better. My new Service role is going well too, but lots of room for improvement. Looking forward to debriefing w/my Division Heads. #bfc530
Also, I'm attempting to be more diligent in responding to things around school that I feel are time wasters. This does not always sit well with peers, but it is for the good of the student. #bfc530

So far this year gets a 4 (standards based report cards). In so many ways it is above average. Love my team and colleagues, and new admin is making a big difference. #bfc530#wwprsd

Dont like the idea of a grade...we are working on continuous improvement. Its not about fulfilling what is asked for...its about doing the best we can and a little better every day. #bfc530

How we assess ourselves is a reflection of our values as teachers. What‘s important to us? How are we moving in that direction? If one path is blocked, where is there another path? Or how can we make one? #bfc530
We need to be vulnerable, fall down, and get back up if we are going to model the skills students really need to suceed in life. That doesn't happen by playing it safe so we can be comfortable... #BFC530
I would give the school year a solid "A" as I have upped the rigor in all AP classes, student numbers are way up, and my NHS chapter has big plans in the works! #bfc530
