Colin Powell got me thinking about the etymology of inspire vs. motivate vs. educate vs. empower. Maybe just semantics, but I like to think that these are not synonyms and that good teachers do all four: breathing into, moving, leading out, and making able. #Empower18

It's not much of a #tbt but one concept from @ManuelScott's General Session at #Empower18 keeps running through my head. You can't control the beginning date or the end date but you can absolutely control the dash in the middle.
