Everyone needs to eat a diet specific to them as each of us need different things, and some are allergic to different things. The same is true of what you mentally “eat.”

A2: As an instructional coach I work to model practices for Ts & remove barriers for them to implement. Looking to cover classes this year for them to find meaningful PD experiences (PLC time, observe another teacher, etc.) #hacklearning

A2: When I was school-based, it really meant being there for my staff, especially when they were having a bad day or struggling. I often took teachers for a quick walk to get ice cream or hot chocolate to clear their mind, relax, & remember there's always tomorrow! #hacklearning
