Hi there. Im Adam and my fab holiday song is Lennons "So This Is Christmas." Its melancholy but hopeful... Which I think is such a human response to the end of a year and looking forward...
Ronald Fisher a 4th Grade Teacher, under the weather today, my admin is forcing me to test the students in the middle of the year. Maybe I'll move on ... #tlap Listening to this one right now - Hard Candy Christmas https://t.co/L46C7GX2eB via @YouTube

A1 Rudolph's exceptionality was EXACTLY what was needed on that foggy Christmas Eve.
During this "foggy time" in EDU & in our nation--we must allow Ss to play to their strengths, passions, exceptions; it's what we NEED!
#tlap
Check out @YongZhaoEd 's podcast on @letsstartedup
I'm a singer and have performed a lot over the years with a capella groups and choral groups too. I love singing holiday music. Maybe need to get a Twitter Chat Chorus together! #tlap#makeitreal
A1. Ohhh. Interesting question! As teachers, we need to be meeting each students where they are at. Need to ID their ind. gifts and strengths so we can help them shine and GUIDE THEIR OWN SLEIGHS! #tlap
Hey #tlap leaders! Greg- K, MD. Checking in for some time tonight. Hope all are well. Many favorite Christmas songs. Someone mentioned “O Holy Night.” That is definitely a great song.
A1 Santa saw the glow in Rudolph's nose as a strength and made him a proud leader as a result - find the strength in your students and make them proud leaders! #tlap
Hi #tlap! Finishing dinner at #ties17 but popping in!! If you’ve read the book...you know my favorite is Little Drummer Boy! Here is the dinner crew tonight!

A1: Every student is unique & brings a certain skill or flair to the class...sometimes the Ss don't see their talents like Ts do. We need to teach them to embrace their uniqueness and shine. #tlap
A1 Never know what talent/skills you have that are needed, everyone has something unique to offer, we have to take some risks, and Ts need to help Ss find their strengths, support Ss #tlap
A1.
Every person on your staff has a strength that can make your team more effective.
Every student in your room has a strength that can elevate the class and illuminate unique thoughts and perspectives.
#tlap
A1 As educators connect & share they realize their instructional “tricks” may not seem that exciting to them but can be eye opening/game changing for others. #tlap
A1: it's so important to build on students' strengths! Every student is unique in their own way and can bring different experiences to discussions and activities! #tlap
A1 let’s see... parents ignore problems, leader diminishes him, bullied by peers, found peers in others that are rejected. Check out more at #RudolphTheRedNosedReindeerchat#tlap
#tlap A1: It takes someone to Lead the Change in education and be the light that leads us down a different path, redesigning education to fit the interests and career choices of all Ss. @elonmusk
A1. Every Ss is unique as to their strengths and individualism, and no Ss learns exactly the same way! Every Ss thinks differently and contributes differently in learning and education! #tlap
A1 Rudolph had to overcome a lot of bad behavior from the adults in his life...his dad, his coach, even Santa! How many of our Ss have those same issues? #tlap
A1.
Every person on your staff has a strength that can make your team more effective.
Every student in your room has a strength that can elevate the class and illuminate unique thoughts and perspectives.
#tlap
As an aside, I didn't know DMX covered Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer until I heard it on Spotify. You can find it here: https://t.co/5DC3C8UHHf
You're welcome. #tlap
A1: It's a great metaphor for student voice. If he'd been given the opportunity to speak up for himself in a risk free environment, problems would have been solved sooner! #tlap
A1: Leaders can come from he most unlikely places, sometimes there just had to be a need and someone to discover what's been there all along. Also, there's power in finding your people, even if they're "misfits". #tlap
Yes! Sometimes it is such a challenge to stretch their thinking... You're right. Unique ideas stand out! I love when kids stick out instead of conforming! #tlap
A1. In a field where so many different people have such varying opinions, be a light. Don’t get into the drama, be unique, and shine bright like a little red nose. :) #tlap
A2 Drive-Bys = Weekly, 30-min time slots protected in my schedule to visit EACH of instructional coaches I serve.
I savor this "non-meeting" time with them each week. Short & meaningful.
#tlap
A1: I love the Rudolph persevered despite his critics. He had someone who believed in him, and that made all the difference! Be that "someone" for your students! #TLAP
A1: Dorothy learned a similar lesson to the one Rudolf learned...unique gifts and powers are within us, but we must learn about them ourselves...and we can enable our students in a similar way! #tlap
A2: Despite time constraints and potential other commitments, when a Student is talking to me about what matters to them, I listen, maybe a little longer than I would have. Then we both relish the moment. #tlap
#tlap A1 EVERY Student is like Rudolph. As educators we are AL IN A TEAM whose purpose is to help each student find the talents. EVERY STUDENT HAS A TALENT!
A2: Take the extra few minutes to listen to your student's story that they just have to tell you! Find the time! They will remember that the most #tlap
A2: recognize that our Ss are still children. We need to feel the excitement of this season and celebrate with them! Connect their excitement to your lessons! It's about the Ss! #tlap
Even if it is blinding us, right in the middle of teaching. I always hesitate to let them tell "their story," but sometimes it's "Fairy Gold!" Stories last a lifetime, content and standards get stored on the shelf. #rethinkteaching#tlap
A2: By making every learning target, every activity, and each class as engaging as possible! Giving my students the opportunity to learn in TODAY’s world and not the world I was taught in 10 years ago. #tlap
A1: Leaders can come from he most unlikely places, sometimes there just had to be a need and someone to discover what's been there all along. Also, there's power in finding your people, even if they're "misfits". #tlap
A2 The most memorable moments in a classroom are the ones that are spontaneous. Tell a side story, play a song that connects to a comment, find a random video clip that connects to content. It makes a difference #tlap
A1: I love that Rudolph persevered despite his critics. He had someone who believed in him, and that made all the difference. Be that "someone" for your students! #TLAP
A2: take advantage of their interests - teachable moments, special events. How do you say no to a class who begs to do #HourofCode because they heard about it from another class (and it wasn't part of the day's plan?) #tlap
A2 being flexible and making time for fun, playing music and taking breaks, getting up and moving around more, keep Ss engaged, if engaged, they are learning, connected more, #tlap
A2: Always take time to be present in the moment and notice the positives. There are so many! Take time to talk with your teachers about their students, instruction, their goals, etc. #tlap
A1: Rudolph’s story is a reminder to not count anyone out and allow people to be original, look for strengths, help them see them, and allow an opportunity to let them shine. #tlap
A2: focusing on creating learning experiences, not just lessons. This December we are focusing on service to others. What wonders can be discovered when you give of your time and talents to help others!! #tlap
When I was in the classroom, I utilized current music (& my selections) to help transitions Ss learned when the end of a song was near versus random 30 second clues PLUS I could change states w the music selected #tlap
A1a: I always love the movie that goes with the show. I always related to the misfits and love when they find their tribe. The key is you can’t stay on the island, you have to keep reaching out. #tlap
A2. Taking the time to listen to Ss sharing their stories, smiling, talking w/ T. Asking and finding out what diff traditions are celebrated that may differ from ours. #tlap
#tlap A2: My Ss have been writing poetry, and on Friday, we will be having a poetry reading contest. I will be reading my poetry, too. For me, it's having that quiet time to just think and write down my thoughts on how to improve education.
A2 - honestly, a well planned lesson! Seems lame but it really helps planning how to fit every awesome thing you want to get done even when you have tight time constraints. #tlap
A1 - It took one person to notice Rudolph's strengths. Most others tried to hide them, most likely due to jealousy. Great anti-bullying lesson! #tlap@PartridgeElem#partleads
Q2 #tlap When I was in the classroom, I utilized current music (& my selections) to help transitions Ss learned when the end of a song was near versus random 30 second clues PLUS I could change states w the music selected #tlap
A2. Working on spending more time with high quality engagement! Only have them 5x per week for 50 minutes. Using this time time for more SS simulations and student creation! #tlap
A2 When a student shows an interest I try to swoop in and engage. Let them know I’m paying attention. My kiddos don’t talk much, so it’s special when they show us a little of their joy #tlap
A2: Take time to talk to students about their interests and get involved in these activities. Attend sports events, concerts kids are in and then discuss in class next day. #relationships#tlap
A2: Take the extra few minutes to listen to your student's story that they just have to tell you! Find the time! They will remember that the most #tlap@OnenessSchool
A2: Take the extra few minutes to listen to your student's story that they just have to tell you! Find the time! They will remember that the most #tlap
A2: Play holiday music, take time to be there for Ss and Ts, secret Santa with classes, holiday activities with writing or reading, ugly sweater contest, and when a S asks if he can get lit at the end of class, I say yes. :) #tlap
A1. In a field where so many different people have such varying opinions, be a light. Don’t get into the drama, be unique, and shine bright like a little red nose. :) #tlap
A2 It's not just going with the flow - it's more about already being ready for the flow and anticipate the wave ... #tlap Catching the EAC -
"You're Riding it Dude!" https://t.co/j8w2aTN4UY
#tlap A2 Do you know Mr Toups can recite THE WHOLE Grinch (Boris Karlov) version. change his voice and sing the songs. I recite this for ALL my classes one day while they are working on their Exam Reviews. https://t.co/GL9fU3PK5e
A3 Each meeting I lead =a new experience w/#tlap hooks!
And, there's always a prop! Always.
We might be limited on time but we make the most of it & have fun while leading & learning.
A3 Just held an offsite staff meeting for staff (food provided). Looking to move to PBIS "spirit" assemblies separate from awards. Celebrate where we are & ramp up for where to go next #tlap
A2 - My favorite thing is offering pd so I’m taking every opportunity to do so in Dec! Offering google cert prep series with @PaulKobliska and tomorrow last minute pd as per teachers’ request—makes me :) #tlap
A3 - I take my Ss interests into account. I ask how they learn best, what they love, etc. and incorporate it into my lessons. Then, I try to be as positive as possible & laugh a lot. #tlap
A2 - Even in time constraints, we have a 30 min time for PBL/STEM/partial genius hr. Ss see it as brain break, even though it's working their brain! They look forward to that time each day. It'd be easy to sacrifice it for core content, but it's so crucial. #tlap@PartridgeElem
A2: As educators, we have to be flexible, and take advantage of every moment. SO many teachable moments in a day! You can make a huge impact that a child will remember forever in even a very small fragment of time! #tlap
A2: Remember a strong relationship is the foundation for tremendous growth! Remeber how Cindy Lou Hoo changed the Grinch!
Refocusing time for relationship building is key 🔑 for every classroom! #tlap
A3: Love gamifying my class! Masterchef: Mother Sauce and Southern Food Truck Challenges coming up this week! Can’t wait to see what the students come up with! #tlap#xplap
A3: greet teachers and recognize the greatness that they are providing to Ss and the community! Our schools wouldn't be where they are if it wasn't for their dedication! #tlap
A2 - honestly, a well planned lesson! Seems lame but it really helps planning how to fit every awesome thing you want to get done even when you have tight time constraints. #tlap
A3 Celebrate your Ss and Ts! We have a district hashtag #peqpantherpride that we all use to share the jolly experiences that happen throughout the district year round! #tlap
A3: Perfect attendance jeans days, goodie days, the treat trolley, anchors of appreciation, celebrating risks they are taking in the classroom, being a support system and a cheerleader! #tlap
A3: Love and enjoy what I do, so I make sure it pours out of me for each class. There are joy suckers, but I fight that daily. Joy is contagious, even when surrounded by not fun work that needs doing. #tlap
A2: It might sound simple, but I really try to savour the moments by listening to the amazing thoughts, ideas and stories my students entrust me with and share each day. #tlap
A3 - I'm a sucker for themes and those corny national "holidays." I incorporate them into fun writing prompts or quick tech projects (especially @Flipgrid). The cornier the better!! #tlap@PartridgeElem#partleads
In reply to
@TaraMartinEDU, @Flipgrid, @PartridgeElem
A3 This seems simple compared to others I’m ready, but many of my Ts have stated how prompt I answer emails & they don’t get that. If I don’t have an answer- I tell them that too. #tlap
A3 Books, toys (props), videos (like the puppies and fireplace videos on YouTube), music, my Christmas lights lanyard. Want to make the mood festive and merry. 😃 #tlap
A3 This seems simple compared to others I’m reading, but many of my Ts have stated how prompt I answer emails & they don’t get that. If I don’t have an answer- I tell them that too. #tlap#tlap
Yes! Thank you notes/positive praise in written form for the regularly amazing things they do every day. Ex: patience with a challenging student, great teamwork #tlap
#tlap A3 I take #BelieveSelfies with my Ss ALL year. From HS Football games on #FridayNightLights to baseball and softball games in the fall. Ss LOVE getting their pictures tweeted. I even have a #Believe museum in my holiday lighting display.
A3: Let them TRY, and sometimes FAIL. Encourage curiosity, and allow choice so that students can pursue their passions! Working on Ted Talks in English class currently, and it's cool to see Ss eyes light up when they have an "Ah ha!" moment when they connect with something! #TLAP
A3: We are running a contest for educators to win an Amazon Echo Dot or a Fire Stick for their classroom!
It’s our TwoGuys #TechTheHalls Giveaway!!

A2: It might sound simple, but I really try to savour the moments by listening to the amazing thoughts, ideas and stories my students entrust me with and share each day. #tlap
A3: I deck the halls with excitement to be in the lives of children! I smile and toss out words of encouragement bc kindness can spread like wildfire! #tlap
Q4
The Little Drummer Boy
Dave Burgess says, “You can offer no finer gift or higher honor to the world than to find out what your “drum” is and then play it for all it’s worth.”
What’s your drum?
How will you play your best for those you serve? #tlap
A3: I'm trying to recognize the things I value about others, both students and staff, and letting them know. I sent hugs (the chocolate kind) when I felt our staff needed it & then it spread to giving "hugs" to my Ss. I tell my kids what about them I am thankful for. #tlap
A2: One of my fondest childhood memories (that still I talk about 40+ years later!) was on an amusement park ride w/my Dad. He was what made it so much fun. I googled that ride. It was 90 seconds long! 90 SECONDS! There are 240 -90 second moments per school day. Imagine! #tlap
A4 My Drum--
Be R.E.A.L. & empower EDUs, Ss & others to play to their strengths--their passions & stay
Relatable
Expose Vulnerability
Approachable &
Learning Through Life!
To share my "WHY" with the world, I love to write, teach & lead by DOing #tlap
A3 This seems simple compared to others I’m reading, but many of my Ts have stated how prompt I answer emails & they don’t get that. If I don’t have an answer- I tell them that too. #tlap#tlap
A3: Each staff member is getting gift of time - extra 30 min one day next week. Another golden ticket surprise I can't announce yet coming later this week. #tlap
A3: We have special activities throughout the year. Just last week, we had teacher teams from each school compete in a dance competition. We practiced after school for 2 months. Had a packed house and the kids loved it! #tlap
A3: I try to be the light, singing with my karaoke mic and high fiving everyone down the hall. Sometimes I get funny looks but I know they love it #tlap
Exactly!! Teachers need that reinforcement to stay positive. Education isn't an easy field to always remain positive! We need those signs of encouragement! #tlap
A3. We are so busy with fun activities like our countdown to Xmas Break by unwrapping a gift each day which is a book I read, #stem using apps like @flipgrid we do @breakoutEDU , @GoogleHangouts and @Skype to connect globally with others. Also do @nightzookeeper#tlap so fun
A3: Our staff borrowed an idea that went viral...Ts telling Ss how thankful we are 4 them. They make our day, so we made theirs. https://t.co/wehRYX6MgQ#tlap
A4 - Organization is my drum. It's saved me stress, and it allows me to quickly offer help to others. It helps my Ss too, because my expectations are also laid out loud and clear. #tlap@PartridgeElem#partleads
A4: Found my drum, & it's how to connect Ss w/content in creative & fun ways. How to be patient with all, and bring tech into the lives of many. Thanks to discovering Twitter and blogging last year, I'm now learning to play my drum for all I'm worth. Relentless pounding. #tlap
A4: Our drum 🥁is every superhero (teacher) that wakes up at 6am every morning and puts on their “cape” to save the world 🌎 one student 👨🎓 👩🎓 at a time!!!
You are why we do what we do!
https://t.co/nRG5ZJXlyl#tlap
A4 Is this a chance to toot my own "horn?" Or drum...? I like to think I bring the joy of innovation and #edtech into the classes of those I interact with. Or they humor my playing? #tlap
A4: I believe in teaching from a social justice lens. I want my students to have a ton of diverse books to read from. I want to honour many perspectives. #tlap
A4: Gumption, moxie, and grace are my drums. I try to lead by showing the gumption to get up and go, the moxie to dare to do what others say are impossible, and the grace to do it with love. #tlap#tryandfailbuttryagain
A4: I believe in teaching from a social justice lens. I want my students to have a ton of diverse books to read from. I want to honour many perspectives. #tlap
A4 passion for creating a CR full of learning opportunities and pushing myself to keep learning with and from Ss, connecting, making time to reflect and with input from Ss #tlap
A4: Being able to use my creative side keeps me going! I LOVE being able to put a unique spin on lessons based on what I am inspired by, and what's relevant to my students. I then offer them creative control to demonstrate their learning. Win-win! #TLAP
A4) often a drum provides the steady consistency in the background. I want to be the hidden layer that helps others perform at their highest. Their safety in the midst of a solo. My drum plays so others can perform #tlap
A4: My drum is my grit! I am an advocate for all children and their Ts... I meet them where they are and find ways to move them forward through their passions and Voice! #tlap
Q5
Do They Know It's Christmas Time At All
For some, the holidays are tough. How do we show empathy & provide hope and joy for our Ss, staff, and/or community members who are in need this season? #tlap
A4: My drum is inspiring staff and students to believe in themselves and want to be better each day than they were the day before. I wouldn’t be where I am without an awesome mentor who encouraged me and lifted me up as a teacher. We all need those people! #tlap
A5 Listen to the Ss & allow them time to share their heart via 1-1 conversations, via #BookSnaps, etc.
Also, check w/ local grocery stores for Holiday Meal vouchers & surprise families you know might be in need. #tlap
A4. I would say my drum is FUn
I’m a BIG kid and ❤️ my kids! I want to have fun no matter what we do! If we are having fun the magic of learning happens and they don’t even know it!#tlap
A4 - Encouragement and quick response time could be my drums—if someone needs something or just needs a nudge, Hopefully they know I’m here for them at any time #tlap
#tlap A4: I want to redesign schools and curriculum. We are still teaching what I learned in high school 30 years ago. It's time to make education something that is more than just a test or a college degree. Ss need to find their purpose and a path to follow. @elonmusk
A5: That's the nice thing about the holidays... it's not about the gifts and parties it's about the spirit of giving and love and kindness. This is what we bring every day #tlap
A5 This time of year it's especially important to start on a positive note- smile and greet people. That small gesture can be like hot cocoa for someone who might otherwise be freezing. #tlap
A5: Our school has a 3-day “Santa store” where students can pay some change to buy gifts for their family members. The senior students wrap the gifts. 🎁 #tlap
A3: As an instructional specialist, I think it's super important to make my digital communications fun (and informative... but fun first). Puns and memes and cheesy holiday cheer abound; our kids need joy this time of year, and our teachers do too! #tlap
A5 - We had a staff cookie exchange tonite & the unwritten theme was sharing family cookie recipes. It was so neat to hear stories. One T mentioned how she bakes these cookies each year to keep her mom alive. We have to be real with each other and our Ss. #tlap@PartridgeElem
Tiered supports are hard, but they don't have to be!!
Let us streamline your MTSS, RTI, PBIS. Our intervention library points you in the right direction for every student!
Hit get started to see how we can change your world! #tlap#iechathttps://t.co/DcHiovE9fJ
A5: Pay attention to those who around us who aren't enjoying the holiday spirit as much. I gently push until I get a good sense of the why, then try to bring them into the light and warmth or just meet a need. #tlap
A4 My drum is positivity and respect for everyone in the classroom. Modeling and encouraging others is the best way (and I love to help others play with edtech, too) 💻 🤓#TLAP

A5: For some Christmas is not as magical, being aware, having an open heart, and when possible create magical opportunities in your classroom. A kind heart works miracles. #tlap
A5: Make your community your family... create experiences for everyone. Smiles to start a day hugs to send on their way! Be at events... support their interests. Make it about them and not just the holiday! #TrueGifts#tlap
A5: Pay attention to those who around us who aren't enjoying the holiday spirit as much. I gently push until I get a good sense of the why, then try to bring them into the light and warmth or just meet a need. #tlap
I think that on any given day, we should be mindful of others and what they may be going through at that time. Spread kindness throughout the year! Our words and actions are powerful. #tlap
A5- I think our students crave consistency at school. Providing that helps to keep some normalcy in their lives. With adults... remember light shatters darkness. 💡 #tlap
A5: provide a warm, welcoming environment. The joy of the season is care and compassion. Treat all Ss the same and recognize that some need a positive boost daily. Be that for them. #tlap
A5. Rather than go on about the commerical part of the holidays, I find out what they are excited about. Then that’s what we celebrate and incorporate into our classroom. #TLAP
Q5
Do They Know It's Christmas Time At All
For some, the holidays are tough. How do we show empathy & provide hope and joy for our Ss, staff, and/or community members who are in need this season? #tlap
A4: My "drum" is a love and excitement for learning. As well as striving to give my Ss my very best. I believe Ss appreciate it and work hard in return. Leading by example is powerful! #tlap
A5. We made a Giving Tree -
Kids wrote how they would make a difference at home, school, community and world- as they compete a task we will add a bulb- kindness will shine! #tlap
A5: Live like this and you will be rewarded by the happiness of others!

#tlap
A5 I focus on what I can give my kids while they are with me rather than think too much about what life is like at home for many of them. I try to make every moment positive. #tlap
#tlap A5: I want my Ss to understand that It's not material objects that make us who we are; it's what we do with our lives that is the most important. Making a difference in society shows what kind of person that you are. @elonmusk
A6: We have talking circles in our class. The students sit together in a circle and each person has the opportunity to share while others listen. #tlap
A5: I think the gift of time might be one of the most important things we can give our teachers, whether by offering time to plan, taking a things off their plates, or doing a little more work on our end to save them a few steps in the classroom. Time &...cats, of course. #tlap
A6. The trust has to be there first. That takes time, needs to be organic, and shouldn't be taken lightly. As that grows, the stories and perspectives come with it. With students' permission, we can centralize their perspectives and help others understand. #tlap
A6: Besides providing diff ways in class to elicit the voices of all my Ss, I try to pay attention to staff & S body language to hear what ISN'T being said as well. #tlap
#tlap A3: With PreK, I believe that it's all about exposure. For example, today we made gingerbread man paper bag puppets, then Ss helped read a rebus story, using their puppets for the retelling piece.
A6: make sure each student has an opportunity to share. A 30-second story could lead to a day of excitement to learn. Could lead to a student sharing something that needs to be told. Listen and follow up with Ss. #tlap
#tlap A6 I am blessed to be able to produce #FridayNightLights for my school that showcases ALL the kids and the community involved in Friday Night Lights football games. https://t.co/aP5cgUswwM
Son's band concert took precedence over #tlap chat tonight, but I was thrilled that he wanted to wear my bow tie tonight. #bowtietue participant in the works @mrmatera@MrPowley
A6 People love to share about their lives - listen! You can show caring by taking note of a key thing those in your life mention and asking about it again later. They'll often be surprised and grateful! #tlap
A5: Always listen first! We learn so much from each other. Embrace the opinions and ideas of others and you’ll find they are usually better than your own! #tlap
A6: Create an environment where students feel safe and comfortable sharing thoughts, giving feedback, and receiving ideas to improve! Teaching a growth mindset is a perfect place to start! #TLAP
A6: morning meeting sharing, I have a GDoc with each child where they can type to me, sort of like old fashioned notes, lunch dates and caring conversations. #tlap
A6: As someone who is currently in college, the best thing you can do is stop and ask someone how there day is. Most likely, they're weighed down by work and school. It doesn't have to be a grand act, just the small act of listening. #tlap
A6: Asking questions, listening for more than a reply but to understand, tell them you understand, and when you can, give the why. Respect and kindness goes a long way. #tlap
A6: was asked by 4th gr team to help w/ perspective & poetry lesson. Came up w/ @HamiltonMusical self-portrait wraps. 1side: how view self. 2nd: how I think others view me. #tlap
#tlap A5 Each year we do a Christmas Angel program where each class adopts a kid provided by the Salvation Army and the class provides the kid with their CHRISTmas. #ItsAllAboutOthers WE need to teach our kids this!
A6 People love to share about their lives - listen! You can show caring by taking note of a key thing those in your life mention and asking about it again later. They'll often be surprised and grateful! #tlap
A6: Be in the moment and pay attention. Truly listen & give opp for Ss to share. When you know your kids, you are more aware of when they need a listening ear. #tlap
A6: Listening to hear, not to solve -- it's so hard, but everyone needs a friendly ear. We don't all, however, need advice. Sometimes having someone to articulate your concerns and frustrations to is all you need to find a path to resolution! #tlap
A6. Making time to listen to my kids and giving them time to share and take the leadership role in the room! Learning their interests and knowing what makes them tick-
building that culture so talking comes easy😊❤️
#tlap
