A1 My biggest tip would be as authentically as possible. Don't use tech just to use tech, but use tech to enhance lessons and learning. Things like @peardeck and @Flipgrid can provide fantastic opportunities to monitor learning and to modify instruction #moedchat
#Moedchat We have gone to using as many primary source speakers as possible on our SS classes at North White (IN). Engages Ss and makes history relevant. Here are some of our speakers.
A1B Love seeing @MrWoolf_ISD Algebra students teaching their families about algebraic equations on @Flipgrid Teaching grows learning and involving our families. All of it makes my heart smile! #moedchat
A3 Know about the place that you're applying. Elaborate beyond an exit ticket (quickly becoming my least fave words) Really know instructional and management strategies #moedchat
I don't look at it either. But, I'm the one who won't interview based off GPA either. I want to know much more about the real you than your MS clubs and GPA. #moedchat
A4 I don't believe there is one strategy. My very best Ts have differing strats. However, they all ROCK at procedures and expectations. Don't leave those things to interpretation. When S aren't following expectations, they think the T needs to cover and teach again. #moedchat
A5: Truly thinking at the start, while planning be intentional in as much as possible, why those groups, why this activity, why these questions. Speaking of, plan your questions! Build ? & timers into your "presentation" if using one. Sit n get is rarely the best method #moedchat
