    A3: We pull out last year's evaluation, look those areas that they want to be highly effective in and set goals, objectives, and timelines to achieve that goal to improve on their evaluation. #MEMSPAchat

    A3: The key is after the goal is written and their is an action plan in place...they ask and plan with you for admin support - time, training, resources, etc. AND always create a written visual and plan for personal goals. #memspachat
