a1. #africaed Qualities I've seen play out in my career - a) connecting with everyone at an individual level b) someone who inspires/challenges with new ideas/initiatives and c) motivational in diff. ways, including empowering those around them. My mentor/buddy- @happybrainnow

I agree with you, esp (b) - I find it inspiring to see leaders in action and implementing new ideas and initiatives! That kind of energy is infectious! #AfricaEd

A2 I'm still figuring that out at my new school. Have seen my wife @rsharwood1 jump in to build a #Mindfulness program. There are grade level reps & a few committees. Sometimes I think its more from what Ts do than the positions the have or committees they're on tho #AfricaEd

I concur. Teacher initiative is important! For that to happen, the culture of the school is important, which brings us to Q3, coming up in 5 mins! #AfricaEd
