I've found the more I grade the less Ss do for the learning. Ss are intrinsically motivated if we provide the structure.

A6: At some point a S must be ready to say "I know this" & show it. If unsatisfactory then Ss should be able to learn & try again.

I created my FA, our SA came from district/state. "You've proven you can do it here (FA), now show you can do it anywhere. (SA)"
