a1: I love evernote clearly too, breaking the rules and picking two!
trying!!! had to win a mad game of robot turtles fast! ...and put up with my brother in law
A1: Tough choice, but I would have to say SnagIt...
Which do you prefer & why, SnagIt or Screencastify?
A1: talk and comment, love leaving voice feedback on anything
It takes a moment to process w/in Drive but no other problems.
I love Snagit too, but lately it has taken forever 4 videos to render and save to my Drive
A1: Snagit is my most used and keeps me from having to go outside the browser
Not yet. Have helped some classes use WeVideo to edit screen recordings.
That’s one of my favorites too!
Thanks, Kelly! Next step is to jump back into the Voxer group.
What desert island DOESN'T have WiFi?????? All mine do =) https://t.co/gXi1Af9NIk

when you're as anal about color as me-fonts run a close second. Now I know!
A1. I just started using SnagIt.

A1: The Great Suspender. I love keeping multiple windows & tabs open without slowing down. Helps me keep organized & multitask.
I use screencastify, but I’m seeing a lot of SnagIt fans
I'm hosting in April (4/23?) if you want to make the trip. Fun times!
What??? Why?? You're awesome Lee!
Hey ! Tell me about the Ginger extension
A1: Also look for The Color Palette by my friend . Great if you need the exact Google colors!
I am on the opposite spectrum!!
Humm… I haven’t had much trouble with mine, but I haven’t been doing video. I use full app or Camtasia for videos.
Thanks, Joe. Feel like I’m among friends!
So sad they don’t support it anymore. That was one of my favs too.
Get back offline. Get back to vacay.
Can someone tell me about snagit
YES!!!! meetup in lovely TURLOCK in two weeks :-)
Hey dinner didn't turn out like I planned so I'm off to buy food for my husband and I. I try to pop in later if I can.

Check out The Color Palette. You’ll get the Google colors just right!
Or at least cell service…
You are quite awesome yourself, Karly!!

it's easy and it make sweet gifs for me!!
A1a:i'm a moderator so i'm creating a list:

A1: A close 2nd would be the "hey girl" extension that changes every picture on the page to a picture of Ryan Gosling.
A1: is screencastify like screenflow?
Ohhh gifs are good! Need to play around with that one tomorrow
Snagit and bit.ly URL shortener. Love bit.ly because I can create my own and it works with IFTTT
It is a program you download to PC and Mac. Not Chromebook as far as I know.
Ohhhh need to check this one out asap! https://t.co/NX9pjvABeu
Check out The Color Palette. You’ll get the Google colors just right!
pocket, snagit & and a url shortener are all must haves!

A1: A close 2nd would be the "hey girl" extension that changes every picture on the page to a picture of Ryan Gosling.
Camtasia is made by TechSmith - the makers of Snag It. It is a ROCKING screeching and video editor
A1: I use goo.gl shortener the most. Seems like a rather unexciting suggestion. HA! I need to up my game!
Hey ! Jumping in late to some googley goodness!
A2: As a the add-ons I cannot live without are and . They make Google forms more effective tools.
It's basically a spell/grammar checker. (just used it) Super useful if you can't spell and struggle with punctuation.
The other answer is...Not on mobile. I run three tabs in my browser, some ppl use tweetdeck tho
Hi I use Diigo a ton for research
Bitmoji is and my primary form of communication
Roland, you're one of the reasons I schlepped all the way out to Rocklin!
Oo, I’ve used it before but need to get back into it more. Thanks!
That’s what I’m talkin’ ‘bout.

That goo.gl shortener was my ONLY extension for like two years! I just started adding more this past year.
I have Snagit and need to use it more.
Don’t you find that having too many extensions slows chrome down?
A2 - Love making personalized docs and certificates.
We were supposed to go tomorrow, I think we'll wait until after the next storms this week https://t.co/sHCls02Vi3
melting...but okay. Supposed to snow again this week.

Someone is taking notes, right!? Making a list?! Too much awesomeness to miss!

I LOVE it too! One of my favs!
A2: I love Form Mule & Chromebook Inventory in Sheets
you can use the extensity extension to turn them on and off, the great suspender extension helps too with the slowing
Just be careful, after your 50th click in a week it will no longer click to fix, you have to diy, fortunately it resets.
Food for belly & then come back for food for mind on https://t.co/1DqUReMDuP
Hey dinner didn't turn out like I planned so I'm off to buy food for my husband and I. I try to pop in later if I can.
RealJosh posted a bunch on the padlet this afternoon...I will check it later to include these 2
A2: I find that Tab Scissors is one of my most used extensions as a principal. Divides my tabs into two browsers. Simple.
A2 : url shortener panic button
I created an IFTTT that adds the custom bit.ly links I make to a Google Sheet
Hee hee hee I love that RoboJosh and RealJosh are both in !
I'm joining part way in (distracted by Grammys) and a Tech Lead not a TOSA. Laurie from San Marcos, CA
I'm gullible I think...is there really a "hey girl" extension??? That would be sweet!
A2 formMule hands down. Automates my workflow!
Grammarly has an extension for that too.
Thanks for the Healthy Living EDU shout out. Anyone else want in on the Voxer group? https://t.co/jdpCRc0AQs

Sometimes, yes. I remove them or turn them off until I need them.
Haven’t noticed that. I don’t have a ton though. Just what I need. I disable those I don’t use.
I love using the YouTube Full FILL Chrome Extension Automatically modifies Youtube URL for full view!
Haven’t used Ginger. Sorry.
Little one was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.
I didn’t even think about using autocrat for certificates! I need to make about 10 tomorrow too.

He is the Master. https://t.co/ntL9G7h84t
A2: Extension girl here! I just got my first add-on at the last week after 's awesome session on add-ons!
camtasia is for screencasting, snagit is a fast tool for annotating screenshots.. both are useful imo
S’all good, Mark. Time to learn a new normal.
A2- I use the following extensions Screencastify, Ghostery, DistractionFree, Adblock plus
I’ve seen this mentioned a few times, must check it out. What does it do?
A2: Autocrat and Formmule! Also Choice Eliminator. Can’t live without.
It's great, you can personalize and send as uneditable PDF
3 handy Chrome Extensions:
1. Screencastify
2. Full Page Screen Capture
3. Tab Resize
I use Camtasia for screencasts, and the full snagit for screen captures w/ editing. Great for tutorials.
Also like all of the "offline" stuff. Docs, gmail. Comes in really handy!
Dan what's difference between the extension and full program...I only have full program
My workstation is a sitting/standing desk but is permanently standing. Much prefer that.
Definitely done that before, but didn’t think of using it beyond form letter type things
Love Camtasia but can only use on my pc, love Snagit for my Chromebook https://t.co/twRFqxQofw
. is quite tempting. Better than Camtsia? https://t.co/W97oo5To2b
If you love snagit the extension, try the full program from it is amazing for screenshots! they have a 30 day trial
YES on GreatSuspender. Helps manage RAM & other system resources.
Is on Padlet? I can look it up later, correct?
Wouldn't that make Gdocs so much smoother and even more amazing
It’s an extension that you set to send messages to move your body - push ups, run in place, …
A2 autocrat, formule & ex query all awesome for sheets & using the data from forms
A2: In Docs I use Avery Label Merge a lot at the beginning of the year (making login cards for students) and Autocrat all year.
You determine the frequency of the messages too.
Those are great additions! So awesome
A2: Love all this goodness coming at me have so many tabs open!!
A2: Favorite Add ons for sheets- love versatility of Autocrat & Flubaroo for Ts. Docs- EasyBib & Orange Slice for student writing.
A2 in the classroom it's all about doctopus engulfing google classroom assignments with a goobric self assessment using a rubric
you can make GIF's of quick screencasts w/ the ext. Worth having both. I do. :)
I'm super stoked that add-ons are now integrated with the New Forms. Just need time to play now.
It is real! I just turned everyone's twitter picture into Ryan! I don't know how to turn it off though.
Excellent. I missed a lot on my list.
Could you add MoveIt to your list?
https://t.co/cdznyNHUcB
A1a:i'm a moderator so i'm creating a list:
snagit
bitly
pocket
I use ghostery too but I think it really slows chrome down
Copydown is a FAB add-on for sheets (to use with a form)
Ahh interesting...I should try and play Thanks Kelly
g(math) is my new favorite add-on
wow Roland. That's a lot to deal with.
A2: In old Forms version, I use Form Values to fill drop down lists a lot! Can't wait for new version addons in domain
Oooo! I didn’t know that it works with IFTTT. Thanks. I’ll have to check that out.
Simple Extension Manager makes this easy. it's an extensions that manages the other. Makes life easier.
Did someone mention Tab Scissors &Tab Glue yet? = 💕
off to the webstore I go to buy buy buy Thanks for recommendations! https://t.co/KmrvoHHflQ
you can make GIF's of quick screencasts w/ the ext. Worth having both. I do. :)
A3: We’re 1:1 iPad, it would be nice to have them work on iOS chrome. Use flubaroo & autocrat w/ forms for Ss
lol I was totally thinking that!!!
The ability for handwriting entry is tremendous. Still need to explore more w/ it.
I really want to learn more about g(math)!!!
A3: The best Add-on for students, IMO, is the Highlight Tool. It can make close reading so much better, more collaborative.
eeek meant ez query NOT "ex" - awesome way to pull out data to a separate sheet
A3:Highlight tool add-on is so useful! Also <3 tab scissors & tab glue exts. TY to & 4 showing these!
A3 doctopus + goobric great for our teachers using Writers Workshop
How active is ? The Healthy Living EDU group is active but small.
Camtasia does more. Made by same company.
I think they are working out the birds on that one
Need to learn how to use flubaroo but I'm not in the classroom. It sounds amazing =)
right!! I don't get much done during this hour, but my dendrites certainly grow!
Me too! Although I’m really falling behind. https://t.co/tXH4zIOZhP
A2: Love all this goodness coming at me have so many tabs open!!
A3 used siteMaestro once with a teacher and it worked REALLY well to mass create google sites for students
LOL, that's what they keep saying but seriously we need it now (:
A2: I love Boomerang for Gmail. Scheduling my emails.
Yo guys are killing me tonight. Too fast!
I can show you sometime. I have one running right now if you want to see
Tell me more about the IFTTT connection. How do you use it with bit.ly and snagit?
If you're behind, think how us mere mortals are doing (:
Yes! Love the gif feature of Snagit!
Readability + Read and Write for Google are game changers for all stds - provides access for all to meaningful content
A3 Screencastify > embed speaking/listening standards + Tab Scissors > great for close reading text and responses in slides/docs
I’m in the same boat. I really wish Ss could use extensions on iPads.
Thankfully we will have the transcript later.
I hope gets on this for us!
Yes-although shouldn't GIF's be short?
I'll take that pdf guide for $800 Alex (: Thanks
A3: for Ss of all ages! Nothing like some good listening and speaking opportunities!
Oh yeah. I’ve heard about that one. Haven’t used it yet. Thanks for the reminder.
And being able to edit docs in the desktop version on iPad. Ss need revision history/research tools.
Right???? Thank goodness!!
Yes, I can use it in my personal google. I know it takes a little while to come to my school domain
videonot.es. You can write comments about a video they're watching and the notes will pop up at the designated timestop
No doubt. Hence the radio silence.
Let s keep it clean, Ben. There are K-5 TOSAs here. https://t.co/XATZxBnRuT
right!! I don't get much done during this hour, but my dendrites certainly grow!
I made a for my Ss to practice add-ons after seeing at CUE https://t.co/3FfzwloQf4 https://t.co/4QnzkoRPVr
A3: The best Add-on for students, IMO, is the Highlight Tool. It can make close reading so much better, more collaborative.
Maybe they’ll make a focus group where we can talk about what works/what we need
A3 as an English teacher: Easybib My SS like Movenote even tho not my fav.
And Google Draw. Pretty please!! cc:
I do LOVE !!! https://t.co/NgpjVBq1vo
A3: for Ss of all ages! Nothing like some good listening and speaking opportunities!
I got very excited when I saw that the last several days. :)
i NEED to try this extension ASAP!!
Yeah, that means your school Domain is “scheduled release” like mine. Always a 2 week delay.
We used to be able to edit in the browser. Then it all stopped. I was so sad. I used to present on it.
A3 goobric with doctopus, pulls in a google classroom assignment. shows writing progress & assign self/peer rvw, grade w/ rubric
Gahhhh…. Fully intended to hop into this chat. I’ll have to check the Storify. Perhaps next week.
If I could edit google draw on ipad all my dreams would come true =)
Just going slowly. I'll have to check out the padlet later. Hope all are posting there too.
Awwwwwww we miss you ROLAND!!!
Seriously. We could do so much cool stuff. Opens so many potential doors
A3: according to one of my teacher leaders, is an essential part of their classroom!
Having students talk through their learning really shows if they understand. A great assessment for sure.
Me too!!! https://t.co/1sivD0Dq6D
Just going slowly. I'll have to check out the padlet later. Hope all are posting there too.
I have Ss use Slides for drawings as a solution. I need to be able to create links.
it takes a bit to understand the doctopus sheets add-on and how to "ingest" from classroom BUT it's huge when you figure it out
Adding this to Chrome right now. Thanks!
A3: Read and Write. For accessibility & revision. Has been huge at our site
I want to learn more abt flubaroo, too!
A2: Form Notifications also. Helps me remember I made a form and am getting info
Except I’ve accidentally tab glued ~100 tabs together before… oops!
It seems like such an amazing addition to any writing teacher's toolkit! https://t.co/RGYGqTnQkm
A3: according to one of my teacher leaders, is an essential part of their classroom!
A3. Google forms maybe, I really don't know
I create Hyperdocs with interesting content and the students use Readability to simplify and R&W to read https://t.co/KDvebb8HfQ
Super easy to use! Flubaroo rocks! Recent changes are good too.
These addons changed my life. Amazing way to simplify feedback & revisions. https://t.co/tBrjay4oEY
it takes a bit to understand the doctopus sheets add-on and how to "ingest" from classroom BUT it's huge when you figure it out
The grammies are a little distracting. Lady Gaga's Bowie tribute!!
super easy to use. Ss can learn in one period. More reps bc work is for peers! https://t.co/pAFaROZvf6
i NEED to try this extension ASAP!!
Any preference for Easybib vs Cite this for me? Anyone?
Ahh nice, that's funny you mention , I'm just diving into those and was thinking this would help
I just want to pull Google Drawings into Google Docs without "downloading as."
and are two additional favorites.
Autocrat is a good tool@to show those MSOffice peeps that you can still do letter merges in . Love it!
A3 love forms using data validation creating puzzles or passwords to control progress, great way to introduce games/challenges
It has to do with how your Domain is set up. Many school use a 2 week delay
I'm so late. Totally checking the Padlet out.
Oh, I forgot about the Grammies. I don’t even know what I’m watching - just background noise.
A3: Speak It extension. I make my Ss listen to what they wrote. "Does it say what you think it says?" before turn in 2nd/3rd Grd
One group of Ss tried Snagit last week. Is there any difference?
AHHHHHHH Cherie is on a TWITTER CHAT!!! YES!!!! =)
Hey Jess! Padlet is probably the way to go.
A4: This is hard to say because Ts approach things differently, but I think 1-Click Timer is generically useful to most people.
Do everything in Slides. Most of the drawing tools are there.
I should do this- Maybe I will make them use it for our next project (Letter to a patient) https://t.co/t8c9M4yUB8
A3: Speak It extension. I make my Ss listen to what they wrote. "Does it say what you think it says?" before turn in 2nd/3rd Grd
Yes, I know. I had to be patient with earlier changes. Not my strength. ;)
I think they're using something called Participate Learning now, and dropping Storify.
Has anyone mentioned Checker Plus for gmail? Great way to see when emails arrive. Can immed mark as read.
That would be interesting (:
A4: TweetDeck is essential to my twitter/professional development life. Everyone needs this add-on/extension. Essential.
Jump in! =) We are ALL SOOOO behind! Even the slacker moderator... me whoops!
we use like a 12 month delay!!! :O
A3:my fave for ts is CraftyText. You can display a URL in big text over whatever's displaying on projector.
A4: No idea, need to learn from you all! I use goo.gl a lot, but always need to refresh to get no OoIi etc
You can always use the web clipboard Edit > Web Clipboard to bypass downloading
Thanks. Just seeing what I can learn in a couple mins here.
Always when I'm moderating!!!
1 Click Timer? Is it better than online-stopwatch?
What?! That's ancient history!
A4 not an add-on but if you google search # min timer and then add it to you bookmark bar you have buttons for different timers
A3: EasyBib is gamechanger for Ss. Share to Classroom is great for Ts and Ss. Also appreciate Ad Block Plus- an unsung hero.
love your Gifs this evening!! U make them all?
Speaking of Tabs - Onetab is pretty cool. You can open all of your tabs in the morning before school and it saves them for you.
Awwww yeah Heather is the BOMB Diggity creator!
I think there is also an add on timer - https://t.co/T8UQK447yj
A4 not an add-on but if you google search # min timer and then add it to you bookmark bar you have buttons for different timers
our students don't even have chrome on their computers
Yet another one I didn’t know of & just added. https://t.co/AGOTo53lGZ
Has anyone mentioned Checker Plus for gmail? Great way to see when emails arrive. Can immed mark as read.
But, still, we ought to be able to pull them in directly as flattened files.
Check out ublock Origin - make sure you D/L the right one - it's way better than ad block plus. I'm a convert.
A3 Added "Speed Dial 2" and "Send to Google Maps". More useful for Ts than Ss, I think, but I use them ALL the time.
I don't even know what's happening!!! LOL
Then in a Google Form kiddos can use Speech Pad to enter text by talking I have a screencast...
I'm really enjoying using Participate Learning for chat records.
yeah, there is an extension, but there is nothing like a quick search & it can go full screen
Has anyone had luck with Kaizena? It was so clunky I gave up but I loved the concept.
Mentioned this before - Have 2 columns for . 1 to respond to & 1 to keep live. https://t.co/f7TIPnRhTM
A4: TweetDeck is essential to my twitter/professional development life. Everyone needs this add-on/extension. Essential.
I use Goo.gl a TON, but it someone is going to have to type it, I’ve started using Bit.ly so I can personalize.
I love Kidpicker. reminded of that a few months ago and I use it all the time. Ss love it.
i have issues w/ adblock plus. like it blocking actual content. I'll check out ublock origin!
True. It's ironic that gDraw plays nicest in gSites and everything else is several steps
How about MakeGIF? Make animated GIFs. Others comparable?
(SHHH! Don’t tell Google!) ;)
I really love bit.ly! https://t.co/37Lj0ipZf8
I use Goo.gl a TON, but it someone is going to have to type it, I’ve started using Bit.ly so I can personalize.
Sounds like fun! Are you sharing this at CUE?
Never thought about having two columns open like that before. Genius!
A4: Teacher's BFF goes to Flubaroo. Makes grading from Forms a breeze!
I love this one. Did it while presenting once and lost my audience to crafty text instead of my presentation.
Anyone know of something that helps check for plagiarism? I checked out plagscan, but really want an add-on for
A4 is the one that Ts in our district use the most.
it's always a part of my pre-session. It's awesome!
Ha ha ha right? Hope everyone posts to the padlet!
where we learn to be better together https://t.co/BxW9rqILq4
Never thought about having two columns open like that before. Genius!
first we got to get chrome on the student computers!! :/
Are they separate? Or one in the same? When I search doctopus, I only see goobric. ?
Do you know how hat dot is to follow via a phone?? Wow. Sorry if I miss anything.
Hope you’re learning a bunch. I sure am.
I love kaizena, but found i had some trouble rerouting my students there once I was using classroom, not as fluid
Love me some Onetab! https://t.co/SZCSmrx8pm
Speaking of Tabs - Onetab is pretty cool. You can open all of your tabs in the morning before school and it saves them for you.
What is this speech pad? Add-on? Extension? Sounds awesome.
Speed Dial 2 - haven’t heard of that one. I’ll have to look it up.
Same here. TGFtP! Translate that, !
Using it with Google Classroom I found that I had to click a lot before I actually got to give feedback.
I use goo.gl in our district b/c sometimes bit.ly (or tiny.url) is blocked; goo.gl always works
I am bad at that…but I totally got it! ;)
for me, bit.ly and goo.gl depends on the filter I am dealing with. our school blocks bit
Worth playing with, it sounds like. Putting on the "to do"!
Thank God For The Padlet???? ;)
Yes - I just need to go back and filter through.
goo.gl was blocked for our Elementary.
I <3 the AdBlock Plus that blocks the ads that pop up when u watch YouTube Videos. I'm confused when it looks diff on my Ts screen
I have a question.. How many of u have Google Classroom in ur school?
I sure hope you are! I want to learn more about this
Weird. I wonder why? We use Lightspeed for filtering.
Done and done. Can't wait to share this one.
I need to get my students to add it to their drive
This is a fantastic use of extension. Very enlightening to students.
My kids thought was AWESOME! We played two games today & they can’t wait for MORE tomorrow!
https://t.co/pm2qFdtwtp
My blood pressure is seriously down knowing we can reference the padlet later. TY!! :))
we use lightspeed tinyurl and goo.gl had to be unblocked
I like the stats in Draftback as well. It makes good use of the revision history data.
That's what I'm saying, copy and paste is so easy, that some power should be able to make an add-on do that for a folder.
Mine too!!! Ahhhhh So MUCH AWESOME in one !!!!
San Jose Charter in West Covina does.
YES! That goes for me too.
I wish there was a way to keep a tally. I'd love to know which things we mentioned most often .
A5: After tonight, the padlet!
Coming in for the tail end tonight.
A4: Command+F. Not an app, but vital. Yeah, kid. You used the word "then" 47 times
For Ss I love tab resize so they can have 2 screens up, their prewriting thinking map in G. Draw and typing their writing in Docs.
There’s an iPad app now and I’ve been playing with it more. I’m not 100% sold yet, but it’s promising.
It's an extension and it is awesome! https://t.co/QFHIkFtl82
What is this speech pad? Add-on? Extension? Sounds awesome.
A5: Twitter Chats like this... followed by my teacher leaders, edtech conferences, and websites like .
A5: um Twitter chats?! and
It really is! They always say "But I meant...!" So go write it.
Our teachers have access to it. Not many use it…yet. I’m working on changing that…
I'll have to try this one. Thanks!
Thank goodness for the , my brain is starting to hurt from all the cool new stuff I’m learning!
Any1 use autocrat, want to have form for Ts to fill, Ss of month, then Sheets + autocrat add names to certificates, stuck
Right?? Thank goodness for ! is the one who showed me how AWESOME it is! https://t.co/ecG9tx6E3e
A5: After tonight, the padlet!
Wait, you mean I shouldn't put my computer to sleep with 25 tabs open?! Getting this one!
I do! Not many use it though
Starting?? Mine was hurting at about 8:15...
We do and it's really catching on. A game changer for a lot of teachers.
I'll check it out! Thanks!
I always go to hither and yon first!!
Jeez! I’m gonna have to get bigger hats! ;-)
I LOVE how you created a to gather responses. It's one of my favorite applications!
A5 If you're going to CUE, look for session "Going Chromando". Not sure he's doing it this yr, but just find him.
Ha! Been there done that.
I am guilty of spamming the button until I get what I want... then I bookmark the info page to watch analytics
OMG amazing!!!! Installed and will also be sharing the CraftyText love!
Classroom is truly the ultimate gamechanger!
When you follow a and a tweet pops up throwing off your game and you realize you followed them during
I learned so much from JR during that session at https://t.co/3cniGXiolN
A5 If you're going to CUE, look for session "Going Chromando". Not sure he's doing it this yr, but just find him.
One of those is blocked for us too. Bit.ly I think. (Whichever Alice uses.)
she's pretty awesome right?
A5: I always learn from and - they always have the best extensions!
. I'm using this one for a preso this week!
Come to think of it, there should be an extension.
I am guilty of spamming the button until I get what I want... then I bookmark the info page to watch analytics
We have done it in a couple of times. Thought we would try it tonight in too =)
I don’t see anything on the sched
I can't wait to try this!!
I just got my beta kit last week & tried it w/ my own kids. I can't wait to take it to school next week!
Yes! Using Google Classroom and teaching the Ts/Ss how to use it! Love it!
I've used TabCloud for that. Will check this one.
That pic was ADORABLE Lee!!! How did your kids like it?
Another question--- can u use/add-OnA from ur phone or are they only web-based?
Has anyone mentioned DocentEDU? Was shown at a . Looked amazing but haven't played.
We have a district license to and use for grades
We’re raffling a kit at .
I forgot I told the to do that.
I use it in school all the time!
Do we know how they're different?
I have a Google Classroom for tech announcements and fun stuff for our Ts
A5: I try to mention useful extensions to Ts when I present on ANYTHING! Show them being used in context of teaching & learning
Looks like a good source! As if the Padlet wasn't overwhelming enough!
I’m SO snagging Speed Dial 2 right now! Thanks!
From others for sure! Twitter chats, conferences. etc.
Whose extensions are talking over their computer right now?
I didn't know that was there! Thanks!
Love all your tweets Rachel! Thanks for sharing your suggestions/recommendations.
A5: ack! Can't find Q5...
Ha ha I will also post this link in the padlet =)
i've tried to LOVE it but I find it clunky.
I’m setting on up for Thursday! My kitchen table is a workshop currently
No. because I've never used TabCloud. Will have to check it out.
They LOVED it!! We also made my wife do a game when she got home from work.
Space for URLs entirely is overrated, right?
A5: and the ! Or asking around on Twitter. is my go-to
I need to get some on my team!
Always learn a TON from Dan!
Not sure. Tab Cloud I have my usual tabs saved and named as a group. Can have many groups saved.
I don't use add-ons much, yet, so this is great! Lrng to use more extensions, too...
I played my first game 2 leading it at Tiki #2 at Disneyland
I took over the dining room table!! There were locks all over the place!
I think Josh might be the king!
A4: Pick up new extensions & add-ons from other trainers and colleagues.
. taught me that if you hold the shift key while you use arrow keys in Drawings (Slides, too) it moves pixel by pixel
Hope that the many from join us Tuesday at 7 pm PST for chat... talking how your admin can support teacher leadership
Oh, puleeez, you 2! I add extensions and then don't explore them! That will change after tonight thanks to
used tabcloud for awhile, had different tab sets saved (class, grading, etc)
Bam IS pretty darn AMAZING!!! Great resource! https://t.co/DFmq0HAbzj
A5: and the ! Or asking around on Twitter. is my go-to
Something else comparable? Is EdPuzzle the answer?
Now that is an AWESOME raffle prize!!
I wish I could just pick both your brains at some point. I always learn so much for you.
Ooh, I like that. We'll have to explore and report back!
another awesome trick is the image options in google image search - set it to animated to find gifs fast!!!
A6: By far my favorite Chrome extension for civilian life is AdBlock! Works on & with everything. https://t.co/7dvhSCqqsg
Gotta jump out a few min early tonight! Had fun
i love edpuzzle bc it's intuitive and ez. I want to love docent edu but i just struggle with it!
We have more too. A Swivl, a SmartBoard, a meditation kit, …
A6 GoogleCast. Got rid of DirecTV, so I watch Hulu and Netflix through my Chromecast
I think it looks amazing, too! I recently got, but have not had time to play! Need 4 more hours everyday! https://t.co/CUiyiKgMOV
Has anyone mentioned DocentEDU? Was shown at a . Looked amazing but haven't played.
Well, you can get yours easy… and … & TweetDeck
HA! Right back at ya! Can't wait until we get to hang out for TWO weekends in a ROW Joe!!
Me too. Wish I wasn’t on the organizing team so I can enter the raffle.
Likewise! You are my math/STEAM sensei!
Yes - context is better than just seeing 100 extensions at once.
A6 What is this "outside of work" you speak of?
yes, any document that allows input!
A6: - It's a way to categorize every website I come across and want to read later. Invaluable in my admin life.
It’s how I live my life— a billion tabs open at all times. Drives my husband crazy!
Great to know. Why struggle with a clunky tool. I'll stick with EdPuzzle! Thx KM!
I use IFTTT to send everything I like on Twitter to Pocket!
A5: for real this time... EdCamp!
I think I need to jump on a plane and attend :-)
OK… I NEED THIS NOW. The GIFS are really HELPFUL for science teachers! https://t.co/OnPrf4mIFj
another awesome trick is the image options in google image search - set it to animated to find gifs fast!!!
A6. Apple TV, twitter, Voxer, Facebook.

Do it! I’m jumping on a plane to attend!
A6 for content & for curating everything I want to read/watch/ever find again - it works best if you add tags
A6: Pinterest, pocket, and bitmoji!
i keep telling you we're gonna have openings in Tahoe-LOL!
omg me, too. Colleagues look at my screen an have heart palpitations.
She has three if you search the chrome web store. :)

You know, you can come to Palo Alto too.
search for beer, then bring into a google doc & color change it to look like water! perfect for water properties
A6: I use in my outside of work life... a lot.
INORITE!?
We put AdBlock for YouTube on Ss Chromebooks. Full AdBlock was slowing them down.
That was my favorite learning this weekend! Thanks for reminding me of it. I really need to get a better memory system
Have used it for creating flipped vids for Ss & . Great to archive lessons
Early flight tomorrow. CA-->NOLA --> Alabama. Nite all!
Night Rebekah! Thanks for joining us!
I'm jumping in my car to attend. :-)
I have to second the motion on . Such a powerful tool for making connections & building community.
true to use the gif either download & import OR copy the image address & insert image as a URL - little tricky...
NICE! Dan is sharing out some WINNAHS tonight! https://t.co/Uh91t9dt5b
another awesome trick is the image options in google image search - set it to animated to find gifs fast!!!
Nice somewhat short drive for you.

UMMM that would be AWESOME!
Perfection! First chair at Kirkwood!
A6: Oh, right, outside of work ... I guess Adblock & the Great Suspender. Looking for inspiration from others here.
Some mornings I just listen to our norcal chat for inspiration. I'm a lurker there.
my new fav is to use the ios giphy cam app to make my own gif with my camera then send it to drive
I learned so much tonight. I’m sure a Google rookie.
Thanks for another great chat!!! Learned a lot!
my district has Google classroom, too.
Ohhh this sounds WAY too fun not to pass up!
