This is the official Twitter account for #OklaEd, thehashtag that brings OK educators together. #OklaEd is not political & promotes constructive dialogue.

Greetings peeps! Telannia Norfar-Math T at NWC in @OKCPS I am spending labor day helping a friend with her website and then helping a colleague lesson plan. Glad to be here tonight. Taking a break from editing the book that is due this week!! #oklaed

a1) I run between early adopter and early majority - sometimes personally I an early adopter but when $$ is involved, I tend towards early majority. #oklaed
A1: It totally depends! If it is worthwhile and within my budget, I'm an early adopter. If it enhances laziness or costs too much, I'm a laggart... #oklaed
Todd Gragg - History Educator at Midwest City High School. I will be spending my Labor Day lesson planning, mowing, doing laundry and car shopping. #oklaed#MDubLearns
A1: I love this graphic. When I first saw it a few months ago, I realized I am an innovator in some areas and laggard to others. I am innovative when I am interested in it! Laggard when I asked to do it and it doesn’t make sense to me or is stupid. #oklaed
A1) to me it's thinking outside the box, doing things differently... encouraging Ss to do things differently, to create/imagine. I tend to be an early adopter - it has its pros/cons #oklaed
A1 - Innovation means stepping outside your comfort zone, thinking outside the box, & trying really crazy ideas to engage students. I think I am learning towards innovating in early adapter phase. Not scared of taking risks, just don’t always have the resources necessary. #oklaed
#OklaEd A1: Innovation means understanding current needs and present methods to address AND THEN creatively going beyond that to determine improved approaches to address these important situations. Oh, also, keeping alert for new situations that must be addressed effectively!!!
A1. Hmmm...Early-ish adopter...depends who you're comparing me to LOL. Compared to others I work with I'm an early adopter...but on a broader scale I would be early majority. #oklaed
A1. Innovation- Trying new things that are outside the box. I think I am very good at it. I am always thinking outside the box with life and school. And I also let me S’a do the same. #oklaed
Is it just a nice way to say that I am cheap, and adopt late to save money... I am still a teacher, and bubble gum and bailing wire when I can.. sometime to a fault. #oklaed
A1 - Innovation to me means being willing to try new things and not being afraid of failure. I would say I am somewhere between Early Adopter and Innovator. I think coming from outside of education helps keep me here a lot of the time. #oklaed#MDubLearns
A1: to me innovation means introducing something new. Getting away from the ‘This is how we’ve always done it’ mentality. Times are ever changing so we must as educators keep up and progress. #oklaed
A2: I joined in pretty quickly and am here most weeks, so I'd be an early adopter. But I have not been very successful in getting more people to join! #oklaed
A2) I think I was in the early majority with the twitter chats... I was in grad school circa 2013 - it kept me kind of busy. BUT I love it and carve out time for it now #oklaed
A2 - I am in the late majority when it comes to twitter chats. I first saw my superintendent participating and joined in fairly quickly. I would have been more to the beginning of this curve had I known of the chat existence. #oklaed#MDubLearns
a1) data can be really important too.. part of why I sometimes am early majority.. I don't install updates until a few days later.. work the bugs out.. #oklaed
#OklaEd And, by the way, I guess I thrive working to be an innovator, being willing to be an early adaptor when Considerations of efforts to date by other warrant doing so.
A2 - Maybe early majority/late majority? I’m trying to get more involved! Hosting next week actually! I had a colleague who told me about these chats and I am soooo glad she did! #oklaed
A2: I’ll give myself credit and say innovator. I came to #oklaed early bc I heard about a place where likeminded people were coming together to exchange ideas and information. And I’ve never left.
a1) Funny.. Here I am an innovator, but that is only among professors.. where you sit has to do with your peers or field.. compared to teachers, not the case. #oklaed
Innovator for sure was here for the first chat. Scheduled the #oklaed session at ed camp that led to the first chat. With @MrsBeck25 have been scheduling chats since day 1
A2 Early adopter of #oklaed...innovator of #OKElem. Twitter is where I found my people...I was teaching 3rd grade and found a group of people who understood and shared my concerns. So much growth! So much encouragement!! #OKElem
A1 - innovation to me means being able to have enough courage to try something that you might not work - but willing to take the risk for success anyway. I think I fall just outside of innovator. #oklaed
A2: I was brought to twitter to spy on my children’s accounts. I stumbled onto #oklaed by accident. Lucky for me. Now, I host chats and do my part to share my edu ideas. #oklaed
Can we just point out that @ebarnes73 is breaking her own #oklaed chat rules by asking multiple questions in the same question???? Am I right @TeachFromHere ??😂😂😂 #irony#oklaed
A2: I was on twitter early (2008) because a trusted friend told me to join and I love being in the “know”. Chats are my jam for twitter. Can’t remember when I started #oklaed chats.
A1 Innovation means openness to ideas and action in order to improve, I'd like to say it's always based on practicality but sometimes it's reckless gut. I'm usually living in the innovators/early adopters/early majority. #oklaed
A2 - I hope to fall in between innovators and early adopters. I was brought here to have more engagement and listen more when it comes to ideas for improvement. #oklaed
A2 - With Twitter I'm a laggard. But I'm a slow thinker. Tomorrow I'll have a brilliant response but it will be obsolete. And the limited characters makes it hard to convey true meaning. #oklaed#blackbeardshonest
A3) I make them let me interview them for my podcast! :)
In my role I try to support ideas and bring together resources for their great, innovating ideas! #oklaed
#OklaEd A2: I guess I’ve always been seeking to be as engaged with innovation at what ever level possible, always salivating with true innovation where the opportunity exists. Chancing onto the early chats, I liked the topics, questions, and answers-and have been involved since.
A2 - With Twitter I'm a laggard. But I'm a slow thinker. Tomorrow I'll have a brilliant response but it will be obsolete. And the limited characters makes it hard to convey true meaning. #oklaed#blackbeardshonest
A2 Uh, I think I'm in innovators/early adopters for #oklaed but I do wonder what it looks like from the outside. I came here because I was an island desperate to be part of an archipelago. #oklaed
Q3 - Teachers: What is the makeup of your classroom? Does it reflect the same distribution? Admin: In what specific ways do you support your innovators & early adopters to help keep pushing them forward?
#oklaed as a hashtag was chosen by @okeducation and myself Jan 2 by the end of February the chat was born 5 years later we have the strongest education twitter presence in the nation
A3 - My Ss are all over the place, but when given the opportunity to shine through an avenue that they love, I would say more are innovators! It’s just about helping them find their voice. #oklaed#ihavethebestkiddos
Q3 - Teachers: What is the makeup of your classroom? Does it reflect the same distribution? Admin: In what specific ways do you support your innovators & early adopters to help keep pushing them forward?
A2) w Twitter and #oklaed I was a bit late to the game, at least consistently so probably more MA. But w A1) I am usally IV to EA on most things . Tardy tonight 😜 #oklaed
A1) I think innovation means to be a person of creativity who is active in embracing new and fun ideas. It means to think outside of the box! I think of myself as between innovator and early adopter. I struggle with where to begin on my own. #oklaed
Q3 - Teachers: What is the makeup of your classroom? Does it reflect the same distribution? Admin: In what specific ways do you support your innovators & early adopters to help keep pushing them forward?
A3: My classroom is made up of awesomeness. This includes the students. I am flying by the seat of my pants, so I assume we are all innovators... #oklaed
A3: Encouragement! Identifying their strengths and encouraging them to be used in order to enhance student outcomes. I.e. Photographers need use their passion to take photos of school events to enhance a school climate #oklaed
Q3 - Teachers: What is the makeup of your classroom? Does it reflect the same distribution? Admin: In what specific ways do you support your innovators & early adopters to help keep pushing them forward?
A3) Good principals rarely say “no” to innovation. We may help to shape and see the idea from a zoomed-out perspective, but “no” is rarely the right answer. #oklaed
Q3 - Teachers: What is the makeup of your classroom? Does it reflect the same distribution? Admin: In what specific ways do you support your innovators & early adopters to help keep pushing them forward?
A3) Working to move our staff to be more innovative. They are on the late majority mostly, but I don't think by choice. Utilizing my staff for PD ideas this year and encouraging risk taking among them. I want to grow their curiosity as a staff. #oklaed#tuttleEDU
A3: My Ss tend to be somewhere near the middle. A few are early, but most get involved when something has already been deemed socially acceptable. I just expect more innovation and acceptance of it! #oklaed
After the always amazing #oklaed chat make sure to check out the 2018 Innovative Learning Institute happening on October 9th. 60 breakouts and @DrDebbieSilver as the keynote!
Always a great learning conference. #oklaedhttps://t.co/VZXqgm9wY6
A3 I teacher kindergarten...students still have that creative spark (that school sometimes snuffs out)...BUT I would say the distribution is similar you always have the risk takers and those who want to play it safe. #oklaed
A4) that is a great question... I struggle with this one, I think it depends on why they are a late adopter. I think if the root is needing more training - connect the T to more training. #oklaed
A2) I see myself as a laggard because I am someone who is still in the learning process of technology. I’m slow to adjust to using twitter on a daily basis. I am here thanks to @DrTerriC and I am excited to learn new things! 👍🏼 #oklaed
A3) I love when people come w ideas! I am usually pretty open minded to innovation & not opposed to being the 1st to launch something... hence several IV - EA pieces this school yr. I understand we version things & tweak. #oklaed
Q3 - Teachers: What is the makeup of your classroom? Does it reflect the same distribution? Admin: In what specific ways do you support your innovators & early adopters to help keep pushing them forward?
A4 - I try not to leave them behind, but in my AP classes I am moving through pretty fast to cover it all so I know it happens. I try to encourage them, engage in conversations, and see what is causing the slow action. #oklaed#MDubLearns
Q4 - What kind of energy do you put into you laggards or late adopters in your class, hallway, or building? How do you keep them from bringing others down?
A4 - I work even harder to build relationships with those Ss. They are the ones I work hard to get to know first. If nothing else, maybe I will get a little bit of buy-in just because they like me. #oklaed
Q4 - What kind of energy do you put into you laggards or late adopters in your class, hallway, or building? How do you keep them from bringing others down?
A4 Laggards are often not cynical, but skeptic. They are very valuable to make sure innovators have crossed all T's. And once you win over a laggard, they will bring many others with them. Mind the laggards. #oklaed
A4 In my class, I try not to overwhelm them but still push forward. My energy is 100% supportive. You keep them from bringing others down by giving them things to do. Keep their hands busy solving real problems while their minds are working their way through. #oklaed
A4 Frequently, Ss who are lagging behind do so because of educational self-esteem issues. This means I need to build them up, help them see that they can make valuable contributions to the class. This is not easy to do, but I am trying. #oklaed
Q4 - What kind of energy do you put into you laggards or late adopters in your class, hallway, or building? How do you keep them from bringing others down?
A3: This chat topic forced me to read up on what some other classrooms are doing at the same grade level. I realized I have a lot of room to grow. I realized I have the students, they’re just waiting on me. I need to do more. #oklaed
A4) I don’t see laggards as drainers. Push the relationship aspect so it gets harder for them to say no. Some people have never been empowered or given permission to look past the box. #oklaed
Q4 - What kind of energy do you put into you laggards or late adopters in your class, hallway, or building? How do you keep them from bringing others down?
A4: I have spent 2 much time w/ laggers bc I want to believe that EVERY teacher wants to be the best for their students. I have learned that isn’t the case and have wasted precious time with folks that have no desire to do what’s best for Ss but what is easier for them #oklaed
A4) You have to hold expectations for certain things. You can't let laggards or LAs off the hook but you also don't want to penalize them. Show them, help them, guide them, release them. #oklaed
A4) Great ?! Typically I try to hear them out on reluctance. But don’t let it bog down what needs to move fwd. We all need to hear their concerns even if we don’t like it. Good things can result. We cant be blinded by excitement. I need to hear all sides openly. #oklaed
Q4 - What kind of energy do you put into you laggards or late adopters in your class, hallway, or building? How do you keep them from bringing others down?
A5: At the training I attended, they advised to not put too much energy in the laggards or late adopters. You can get things accomplished without them. Just make sure they don’t start tearing down the others. This made me feel better. #oklaed
A3) I don’t have a classroom currently because I am a pre-service teach. However, I want my future students to be early adopters or early majority by encouraging them to be creative. I want them to think creatively and freely in my classroom. #oklaed
A4) Also, as you encourage innovation it helps to be honest and open about failures. This lets laggards and LAs know that its ok to fail. Sometimes they are just afraid to put themselves out there. #oklaed
#OklaEd A3: Not a K-12 teacher, not a K-12 administrator. BUT am always seeking ways to engage with the same to cooperate in efforts to support innovators / early adapters in their efforts, enabling ME to learn in the process!!!
Q3 - Teachers: What is the makeup of your classroom? Does it reflect the same distribution? Admin: In what specific ways do you support your innovators & early adopters to help keep pushing them forward?
A4) I don’t see laggards as drainers. Push the relationship aspect so it gets harder for them to say no. Some people have never been empowered or given permission to look past the box. #oklaed
Q4 - What kind of energy do you put into you laggards or late adopters in your class, hallway, or building? How do you keep them from bringing others down?
A5 - I have been seeking out challenging PD from wherever I could find it from the beginning of my journey as an educator. I have sought my own course here and it has paid huge dividends for me. #oklaed#MDubLearns
Q5 - Teachers: What does PD look like for you? Speaking through your classification is PD differentiated enough for you? Admin: How do you differentiate your professional development to hit the different audiences?
A5 - PD at school is whatever admin schedules, but I do my own PD (one reason I’m here) and seek out things I know I need to get better at or want to learn. I wish it was more differentiated at my site. #oklaed
Q5 - Teachers: What does PD look like for you? Speaking through your classification is PD differentiated enough for you? Admin: How do you differentiate your professional development to hit the different audiences?
I think your response was a perfect description of how I am as well. This is my first time seeing the graphic and I am interested in learning more and doing some research. #oklaed
A5: PD looks like whatever I want & need. I meant to take carpentry classes last summer and need to see about that this year. I love hands on but this year cleartheair and @coach57 have given me a new appreciation for book studies. #oklaed
Q6 - What is #1coolthing you are doing within your classroom or building this year that will bring innovation to an identified need or specific item? #oklaed
A5) My PD is a mix of areas I feel necessary moving our school forward and areas that our Ts have indicated an interest/need. #oklaed I don't have all the answers and I'm not the smartest in the room on every topic.
A4: I have spent 2 much time w/ laggers bc I want to believe that EVERY teacher wants to be the best for their students. I have learned that isn’t the case and have wasted precious time with folks that have no desire to do what’s best for Ss but what is easier for them #oklaed
A5) that has been a goal of mine this year... utilizing the T genius w/in the district, giving lots of PD options, flipping and gamifying PD are some of my plans :) #oklaed
A5: PD is where I get to build camaraderie with other people in the education field; this goes from support staff all the way to administration and the community; after all it takes everyone to make a school Fenomenal! #oklaed
A5) We offer menu of items to attend on various PD days. We havd done EdCamp versions. PLCS are extremely powerful. This is an area that I think most of us need to continue to improve. We expect Ts to do it. We need to do better too. #oklaed
Q5 - Teachers: What does PD look like for you? Speaking through your classification is PD differentiated enough for you? Admin: How do you differentiate your professional development to hit the different audiences?
Q6 - What is #1coolthing you are doing within your classroom or building this year that will bring innovation to an identified need or specific item? #oklaed
#OklaEd A4: As an ‘outsider’ in this K-12 effort, I expend energy needed and possible to help at all levels of the model. Thanks for introducing me to the model by the way - a near-term opportunity for Consideration leading to understanding and hopefully outreach!!!
Q4 - What kind of energy do you put into you laggards or late adopters in your class, hallway, or building? How do you keep them from bringing others down?
A5) I try to keep a running note of what Ts & Ss are saying explicitly, or by their actions, of what is needed in our school. Even if it’s frustration from initiative implementation. What do we need? What do we not realize that we need, but we actually do?
#oklaed
A6) PD Bingo that is optional but encourages growth in social media PLNs and individualized research on topics. #oklaed Prizes for those that complete it!
A5: I have spent half of my #oklaed career dedicated to PD. I know without a doubt that PD needs to be hands on! I want to be in classrooms with Ss with schools that hire me. I need to lead by example. #oklaed
A6. Creating a Brand New Leadership Class for Freshmen call Leaders in Training. Writing the curriculum as we go based on their needs and wants. Event have let upperclassmen create and teach a couple lessons #oklaed
Q6 - What is #1coolthing you are doing within your classroom or building this year that will bring innovation to an identified need or specific item? #oklaed
A5: The PD my District puts on tends to be one-size-fits-all, but they've started doing more small group and teacher-led activities. But I do need to get through my online requirements...! #oklaed
A5. My favorite PD...Twitter PD!! We have a combination of teacher/educator led highly effective PD...and then the other stuff. BUT...even the best PD isn't effective if the T doesn't approach it with a desire to learn and grow. #oklaed
A6 - A classroom student led podcast for AP Macroeconomics; AP US History global projects with classrooms in Chicago & Brooklyn, a Google Certified Educator cohort for fellow T's...wait you said only one idea, well if the ?s can contain multiples so can my answer #oklaed
Q6 - What is #1coolthing you are doing within your classroom or building this year that will bring innovation to an identified need or specific item? #oklaed
A6: In my Advanced Literature class, there are no quizzes or tests--only reading, listening, and discussing the content we read. WHY??? I tell my students, "Literature is meant to me loved, not tested!" #oklaed
Kids do not seem to enjoy reading anymore--I'm trying to change that
A6: I am singlehandedly starting a mentoring program at my school. Where a T signs up to mentor a S from a diff grade that needs it. Did this at my previous school and it was a success. #oklaed
This makes me sad -- and angry. Every student deserves to have teachers who see the best in them and are willing to help those Ss overcome whatever is holding them back. #oklaed
Q6 - What is #1coolthing you are doing within your classroom or building this year that will bring innovation to an identified need or specific item? #oklaed
yeah she is fab.. we met at #iste18 - and she and her daughter played with @Steelehouse one of my developer friends from Tulsa and their work with the @WoodyGuthrieCtr#oklaed
In reply to
@ebarnes73, @JaimeDonally, @Steelehouse, @WoodyGuthrieCtr
Q6 - What is #1coolthing you are doing within your classroom or building this year that will bring innovation to an identified need or specific item? #oklaed
A6: Scheduled out of office days to spend the whole day from beginning to end with students and teachers. Will be available to teachers to help in any way. #oklaed
A6) A few items : GPS live tracking on buses where parents can see where bus is and when it will arrive. Telemedicine clinics to address basic health care needs and various checks ups etc. Adj. food policies in line w BlueZones, greater Food environment for families. #oklaed
Q6 - What is #1coolthing you are doing within your classroom or building this year that will bring innovation to an identified need or specific item? #oklaed
You will find what you are passionate about.. an important part someone said earlier.. we won't be innovators in every area.. Find your place to shine and explore #oklaed
A6b- For my Creative Writing class, we will watch a "Behind the Music" documentary--then we will do a "Behind the Student" type documentary. This is what happens when I get to run wild! #oklaed
A5: many diff. styles, so technology, Socratic seminar-ish, flipped, etc. 1may drop as we learn more abt. how our staff accepts info. Needs assessments will help us determine that. Sit and get is a shot in the arm minimum at best. Customized learning is necessary. #oklaed
Q5 - Teachers: What does PD look like for you? Speaking through your classification is PD differentiated enough for you? Admin: How do you differentiate your professional development to hit the different audiences?
Q7 - Not a question, but a task…Go through the answers on Q6 and give a piece of advice if you’ve been in those shoes before OR comment on why you love their #1coolthing. Mingle with your #OklaEd Tweeps
A5: This year PD is every Thursday during my PLC. Don’t know what it is going to be about until I get there. Not differentiated. My personal PD is focused on reflection, critique and revision and self-regulated learning. #oklaed
#OklaEd A5: Again, not K-12 teacher or administrator. Best PD for me is starting with introduction via chats & similar, gathering additional material, Consideration for understanding / Effective Learning, and then dialogue with motivated colleagues. Then cycle repeats for growth.
Q5 - Teachers: What does PD look like for you? Speaking through your classification is PD differentiated enough for you? Admin: How do you differentiate your professional development to hit the different audiences?
A6 I am working on bringing in literature that provides both mirrors for Ss to see themselves and windows for Ss to experience other lives. Funding is an issue, but I have hope. And a Donor's Choose project... https://t.co/BDhbMBGcvv#oklaed
A6: Scheduled out of office days to spend the whole day from beginning to end with students and teachers. Will be available to teachers to help in any way. #oklaed
A6: I am just trying to do better with what I am doing. Don’t know if any of it is “cool”. People who know me. Can you tell me #1cool thing I do in my classroom??? #oklaed
Yes but getting out of the comfort zone is hard for some. They believe they teach better the old way. It’s why instructional coaches are so important #oklaed
I love the GPS idea on the buses. We are looking at this concept. I may have our transportation director (my AP/AD) reach out to your transportation director. #oklaed
A6: Scheduled out of office days to spend the whole day from beginning to end with students and teachers. Will be available to teachers to help in any way. #oklaed
From a National Endowment for Humanities Institute I went to I have some friends that teach all over and a handful of us the same subject. About a month ago I had the crazy idea that several of us should team up this year, so we are going to try it. #oklaed
You will find what you are passionate about.. an important part someone said earlier.. we won't be innovators in every area.. Find your place to shine and explore #oklaed
Q8 - What is #1coolthing you found in A’s6 that you might be interested in trying or doing? When could you begin working on/toward this “thing”? #oklaed
I think one maybe not cool thing all schools should do is have teachers ride the bus routes one day. We need to see with our own eyes where our Ss come from. This is what makes empathetic teachers. You think you know your Ss. You don’t until you see it! #oklaed
I know this is true but it still saddens me when I hear it. Each year, I am introducing students to techniques for the first time even though many of their teachers have the same access. Ex. Fade in feature in Smart Notebook. My Ss think it was so cool. #oklaed
#OklaEd A6: Not in classroom. My #1 thing (cool???) is developing my notion of the three classifications of Personal Servant Leadership (#PSL) - usable for sure by K-12 teachers and administrators by the way!!!
Q6 - What is #1coolthing you are doing within your classroom or building this year that will bring innovation to an identified need or specific item? #oklaed
A8 - I love @room20awesome's idea of using Ss to train Ts in using tech in the classroom. I am a site Ed Tech this year for my building this year and would love to possibly implement this. #oklaed#MDubLearns
Q8 - What is #1coolthing you found in A’s6 that you might be interested in trying or doing? When could you begin working on/toward this “thing”?
#oklaed
Q9 - Recognizing your innovators, early adopters can help you move your idea into action or take it to the next level…Recognize your go to innovators NOW...right here...call them out...show them off. #oklaed
Teachers are receptive to students...the struggle has been getting Ts to actually use tech for authentic learning in their classrooms. We're getting additional tech in our building this year...hopeful for change! #OklaEd
YES! After being around educators from other countries and other states this summer, I can say that #oklaed peeps are KILLING the game! Seriously! We go above & beyond & people from all over the world are impressed with us!
A9 - Jill Slay (@msjillslay11 ) & Carla Young - these women are AUHMAZING and challenge me with every idea I bounce off of them. We are in this #designthinking challenge together and it’s about to take off! #oklaed
Q9 - Recognizing your innovators, early adopters can help you move your idea into action or take it to the next level…Recognize your go to innovators NOW...right here...call them out...show them off. #oklaed
A9: Shout out to the Great Dr. Lara @MrsSearcy112 for getting me into twitter, GoogleDocs (my students use this), and all the other things she brings to English Educators. You truly are an innovator and trailblazer! ELA: OK!!! #oklaed
Q9 - Recognizing your innovators, early adopters can help you move your idea into action or take it to the next level…Recognize your go to innovators NOW...right here...call them out...show them off. #oklaed
Q10: Most good ideas come from somewhere, tag some tweeps that you always beg, borrow, or steal from! That aside, are you willing to coach or lead others in your innovative idea? #oklaed
A10 - I am like the #edupirate when it comes to this. So way to many to name. I am always ready to coach and help with others though. #oklaed#MDubLearns
Q10: Most good ideas come from somewhere, tag some tweeps that you always beg, borrow, or steal from! That aside, are you willing to coach or lead others in your innovative idea? #oklaed
A9) I'm still learning all of the awesomeness going on in my building. You better believe I celebrate it and encourage it when I see it (big or small)! #oklaed
#OklaEd A8: Too rapid a chat as usual ... Could probably answer better (IF I were in the classroom) once I get time to Consider the archive of this Tweet, particularly the A6’s.
Q8 - What is #1coolthing you found in A’s6 that you might be interested in trying or doing? When could you begin working on/toward this “thing”? #oklaed
Awh! You are the epitome of the power of learning when there is transference, relevance, and application out of the classroom and into the world! #OKLAED#ELAOK#NSUEngEd Proud!
A10: I take from anyone and everyone, mostly Dr Lara Searcy @MrsSearcy112. I need more experience before I can coach and lead others...but my time will come! #oklaed
A10) I keep up with my #oklaed chat peeps on here and email people like crazy from all my years in education. I'm not afraid to seek out ideas and resources. #bettertogether#forthekids
Q10: Most good ideas come from somewhere, tag some tweeps that you always beg, borrow, or steal from! That aside, are you willing to coach or lead others in your innovative idea? #oklaed
#OklaEd A9: Any chance I get, ANY, I spread it carefully and completely (with links / references) around social media and in dialogue every opportunity I get - take maybe.
Q9 - Recognizing your innovators, early adopters can help you move your idea into action or take it to the next level…Recognize your go to innovators NOW...right here...call them out...show them off. #oklaed
