    It's not getting sleep in reserve as much as adjusting your hours so everything doesn't hit you all at once. #INZpirED

    This stuff is really good: magnesium is key for sleeping. FYI, if you take acid reflux meds, you bcome deficient. #INZpirED

    The rule of thumb I heard is that it takes a day to adjust for each hour of time change. #INZpirED

    I set my FitBit for a goal of 7 hours sleep, with a target bedtime of 11PM ... and I live for that "good for you" badge LOL #INZpirED

    #inzpired Big thing for a lot of folks is cortisol. If I can get myself back in my center, & not OD on caffeine I'm usually ok.
