In class we read "A Storm in the Night" analyzed the poetic devices, and created sound effects. It was a powerful lesson.
When I was in K, we had 5th grade buddies who'd come and write the stories we dictated- so much learning! 💙
Hey, Bryton. I'm wondering which sound effects you can you recall (or recreate)?
Hey Brian, I remember we make thunder with a turned over metal bucket and rain by snapping our fingers.
This sounds like a fine idea, Melissa. Can you remember any of the stories invented during that time? https://t.co/dUVEL2I7IT
When I was in K, we had 5th grade buddies who'd come and write the stories we dictated- so much learning! 💙
I think we also made sound effects like the rustling of the grass and the door opening and shutting.
Nice. I can hear that. Reminds of assembly where presenter had audience simulate building rainstorm w/body parts
And then there was also the creaking of the rocking chair. I can't remember how we created that one.
that is what it’s all about!
Awesome https://t.co/juBXV2mjWc
