We molded those into a Google Doc that worked for us — added and removed a few things at BC when we did NTC 1st year.

Coaches have to figure out what works of them and their teachers rather than fitting a specific mold.

Instr. Coaches potential to improve teaching BIG. Task good Principals have always wanted to do, but never had time to do.
Coaches can help lean on coaches through the valleys in the IC role.
I virtual coach a few coaches that are the only ones in their district (across the country). They love the convo.
