I want to learn more about class dojo too.
How did you link Twitter to Moodle ? That could be very useful for a lot of Ts!
you can embed a Twitter stream into a HTML block in Moodle
Have you been in my classroom? :D
its a reward system / parent messaging / social media app for free
nothing fancy I just copied the link in to tweet. I'm sure there is a way to embed it but I'm a bit tech challenged!
- if a school doesn’t use this, is a trainee crossing a boundary to intro it?
Totally agree! https://t.co/tPGCQ7O7ut
is an amazing programme for engaging parents. Going down a storm with our parents
A2 How do you do this ? Would like to do this next academic year with my Ss

Twitters a brilliant way for older students to learn conciseness - it’s defo helped me!
You're on fire tonight Jon! Gets a little addictive doesn't it :)
In teaching, Twitter can connect learners with people and places of significance across the world. https://t.co/XJ3YJgVX5I
A3 is like to do more of this but am unsure where to start! Tips welcomed 😊
Key point! I’ve had to learn to be concise too! Definitely helped my writing! https://t.co/xI2UxwkAsU

Is there no end to your talents Jon :)
I have to admit I do this too! Love to see how other Ts ideas will work in my classroom! :) What has worked for you?
as long as its professional … ;)

Just make sure Ss know how to be safe online & maybe have them practice tweeting first

I love it so yes, probably! 😊
Agree! Love . Haven't use scoopit for a while!
Absolutely also warn them about putting to much personal info on FB
You're contribution is always valued Vicki!
A6: I think using Twitter trending topics (if applicable) is a great way for Ss to get a "pulse" on a real-time event.
we use older students to run sessions for staff esp useful w Soc media ( snapchat etc)
If only I could get adults to do this!
We do something similar! We call them Digital Leaders!
Love this Claire! Who better to learn from than the S users!
A6 provide links thru Twitter e.g. Scoop It Also I need to try to publish books & upload links to VLE via Twitter
