I’m in... but it might take 2 weeks. I’m traveling the back half of next week for a family wedding. I love this challenge! #MEMSPAchat

Q8: CHALLENGE QUESTION: In the next week, communicate with every teacher/staff leader within your school and give them some specific praise and a “thank you” for what they are doing (face-to-face or hand written note, no email). Who is game? #MEMSPAchat

A7: Evaluations used as a “Got ya” instead of “I’ve gotch you.” Making sure this process is not a barrier. #MEMSPAchat
