Good morning MST edition!
I'm transparent with my planning and ask for student help when considering approaches to future lesson topics.
You can encourage student voice by providing different spaces for them to "speak". Use backchannels, online communities i.e.
awesome. Ss with ownership will def care more about the outcomes
Which back channels have worked best?
Great to be able to incorporate and their interests into your lessons. Strengthens relationships. https://t.co/I8hpnItsn6

I START with their voice. Give weekly 5-6 min opps for Ss to present their passions and interests. Called "My Favorites"
Once you let students in on your planning, they give feedback more readily. They tell you what worked and what didn't
I need to do this! Get more feedback along the way. Nurture that culture https://t.co/a52NOrC97O

Agree on ease of TodaysMeet. Want to like 81Dash, but it's had glitches when we've tried. Padlet has backchannel merit.
So true. How could I forget Padlet... great one. Love that it incorporates pictures and video so easily. https://t.co/V2RQ5JdLxa

It starts as simple as "how did today's class go for you?" when you see them in the hall later.
true. I had a S in study hall and said "I'm thinking about trying this...what do you think?" Great feedback
