Q1: Personalized means PD is tailored to my needs and needs of Ss; not just one size fits all. Teachers have own needs like Ss.
A1: Being selfish with your learning. Focus on what provides you the most personal & professional growth.
A1: Personalized PD means making time for what I want/need and pushing myself to constantly learn and grow.
A1: Learning about tools, ideas, & topics valuable to me. Often they inspire changes to my instructional practice.

Absolutely! I used to be timid with SM but you don't grow if you don't jump right in
A2: SM is changing with the introduction of streaming live video. I'd like to explore different tools/platforms.
A2: I wish I could learn how to stripe my lawn like the grounds crew stripes the football field at . -approved!

A2: I've really been interested in learning more about creativity, both for Ts and Ss. Suggestions on people to follow?
Q2: Flipping my classroom. I'm not comfortable with the classroom mngmt part of letting kids do things on their own.
I would like to learn more about the ins and outs of administration and truly understand what it takes
A2: learn how to use pbl in a class of 75 with noise-makers

A3: Defiantly on my own or 1-on-1. Not a fan of large group PD...too easy to check out. I like the accountability of a smaller group.
A2 If time wasn't an issue...genius hour and makers space!
A3: Online/F2F. I like the online on-my-own most of all. At my leisure.
A3: personalized PD always is good but noting beats F2F. The smartest person in the room is the room

A3: I'm a F2F kind of guy. I like the spontaneity that can exist in a group of people sharing ideas in a room.
A3: F2F for motivation - I always come back feeling like I can conquer anything! I like online too. Comfy spot + my laptop!
A3: Love learning in GoogleU w/ and collaborating with well known in CG! Also Twitter chats, PD on new tech resources
I would love to see Genius Hour in kindergarten. Their creativity and enthusiasm would cure the world's problems!
A3: All of the above. Love F2F for making connections and learning from others. Online/personalized works well when I need it most.
A3: there are many things I would never know about without a conference - can't wait to see how edcamp goes

Q4: Sorry can't attend. Loved Innovators Academy! Teachers working together & creating was simply amazing. Time for flow & focus
A4: Giving students more choice. Give an objective and expected outcome, then let them create and show their learning.
