A1: We give so much during the school year, we have to find time to find our passion and renew our spirits.
A1: The learning is in the ~ Renewal has to happen because we can't serve from an empty vessel! Recharging is imperative!

A3: PLN helped get me though my first year of sixth grade PERIOD! Made for a smoother first year. So much growth!

A2 Reflect: we provided more extension in pursuit of our smart goal and it paid off in growth, engagement, and motivation!
A5: an affirmation folder in my cabinet for notes, cards, letters ss wrote to me throughout the yrs & look @ when having a bad day
A5 I recharge via my relationship w/ Christ, spending time w/ family, & exercising.
A5: Those reminders help reaffirm why I teach.
A5: I didn't! I tend to use inspiring success stories of other teachers to pick me up or think on my own successes.
