Memorable middle grade novels - Maxi's Secret and Ms. Bixby's Last Day. Grown-up novel - Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi.

I read a lot of nonfiction, so I made an effort to read just fiction. Felt guilty at first...then started to love it!

I only read 1 professional book this summer. Read those in school. Summer is my time to read books for me & to make recs 2 Ss
