We become transparent by modeling for Ss how we create, then scaffold 1st one for them
Perhaps an infographic or Adobe Spark would also serve as a good tool for this.
Love that it leads instruction. Doc could lead to Google Form where students can respond as well.

Any tool that allows Ss to create to demonstrate their learning is a good tool for assessments, IMHO.
