    A1 Preparing and leading provincial conferences for my job. Changing the format and leading in creative and innovative ways. I sometimes had to fight for what I believed in, but it always worked. It made a difference. #waledchat

    A1: I was taking a number theory course, and I struggled at the beginning but was proactive in regards to going to office hours and getting help from my amazing professor. My professor said I grew a lot during the semester, and I felt proud after that. #waledchat

    A3: very best way I have found, in add'n to the research we do on GM, is pullups. Pullups are hard for just about everyone, take months of working every day, but when my Ss get their first pullup, they know unequivocally that their hard work got them there, not talent. #waledchat

    A5: I have always wanted to increase my knowledge on how to build more work-based learning and community partnerships for my Ss. So I took the step and decided to enroll in some more graduate classes and aim for an extension of my teaching certification. #waledchat

    A4: Student side, I think it's important to help them see multiple paths to where they want to go. Giving them vocabulary to articulate where they are is huge. Think about how to think! #waledchat
