Kim EdTech from Texas- Besides being an immersive experience #AR creation tools are a great way for students to be able to creatively demonstrate thoughts, concepts, or even mastery of a subject :) #ARVRinEDU
Mike, Tech Integrator from New York jumping in. I think creation tools are key because it helps learning stick. Ss also take pride in what they can create and share. I love it when they exceed my expectations and I learn from them along the way. #ARVRinEDU
A1 Students were really excited about @cospaces_edu and @MetaverseApp for different reasons.... ohhh if the two could join forces... happy day. #ARVRinEDU
A1: I have used most of these tools thanks to #ARVRinEDU chats- but I ❤️@MergeVR cube #ObjectViewer such endless possibilities for content can nnections and student creation #ARVRinEDU

A1 I’ve used StoryFab, CoSpaces & Metaverse in the Classroom and Waypoint & 3DBear on my own to explore. Ss loved all of them but they dig @cospaces_edu the most! #ARVRinEDU
Hey Michael!! Glad that you can join us for #ARVRinEDU. I love to see students proud of their work. If they have the opportunity to show what they are capable of creating, they ALWAYS exceed our expectations.
Had some fun with Aurasma in the past. We use it for Ancient Civilizations in Grade 6 and we’ve done Book Trailer Gallery Walks with it in Grade 3. However, it was the T doing the creation & Ss experiencing it. They weren’t ready to turn the creation over to Ss 😕. #ARVRinEDU
A2 I’m most curious about how to integrate portals effectively. I’m also looking to explore @BlipparEDU in new ways. We used it for a yearbook but I’d like to dig deeper. #ARVRinEDU
I am a technology coordinator in a small Parochial School in CT. What AR creation tools and resources would you recommend that would be easy to use and not too costly for me to incorporate into my Innovation Lab. Are there tools that would be work for grades K-8?
#ARVRinEDU
Right on! I think they also feel empowered when they realize they can be the ones teaching some things to the teacher. Everyone is a learner. #ARVRinEDU
We actually talk about all of these products (and more) each week in #ARVRinEDU. I typically go through all the features in the chat so people can learn the resource. I have some of these tools in video tutorials. I'm definitely getting more resources available.

#arvrinedu I have heaps, round, merge cube object viewer (with tinkercad), google tour builder, even just making 360 videos and panoform as well as Metaverse check out my resource list here (still a work in progress) https://t.co/KYAVBxnNxl
Neat photo! Which one is that again?! I remember using the codes to trigger a 3D object but am blanking on the name of it. I remember doing it with the Empire State Bldg once. #ARVRinEDU
A4: #AR apps can bring a a lot of depth of content and learning but no matter the tool it’s important to have a goal, a plan, and content connection :) #ARVRinEDU#ARVRinEDU
I think we find success in giving the tools to our students without providing every detail of how to use it and let them create. Teachers can learn from students when giving them the stage. @Rdene915 does a fantastic job with this. #ARVRinEDU

I use @wallameapp and @waypointedu for scavenger hunts. Waypoint EDU is specific to education and is fantastic, but sometimes classrooms don't have the right devices to run the app, so my backup is WallaMe. #ARVRinEDU

Yes, I like @BlipparEDU for great creation, but I don't like that I can't share outside of a test code. I would have to pay for an account in order to have more of the universal sharing features. #ARVRinEDU
Q3 I am a fan of @cospaces_edu because of the combination of gallery creations to explore, coding integration, physics engine, ability to collaborate and share assignments. We’ve used it from ELA to Science to SS & Art. Their #hourofcode lessons are 🙌🏼 too. #ARVRinEDU
Welcome, Deanna! I would highly recommend starting with @MergeVR Cubes, in this case, to begin exploring and later moving into creation within the cube. #ARVRinEDU
There are some really fun lego/playdoh/playground #AR apps out there. Some of them are a stretch to pull them into EDU, but I think they are awesome. #ARVRinEDU
HoloEducate has been honoured with the ‘Most Promising Start-up’ award at CONNECT Education Technology Conference! Way to go team, and thank you to all our supporters helping make #augmentedreality available for everyone!
Some of the new #AR apps use #ARKit features, which require newer Apple devices. Here's a post to explain it, but they are going in the right direction, no doubt! https://t.co/hFNL6J8CtX#ARVRinEDU

When your HS Ss decide to add a few extra lines of creative code to @cospaces_edu Robot Rattle #HourOfCode...
Overheard a student say "the physics in this are crazy." Pretty sure only the box was supposed to get picked up & dropped, not the lady.
