Doing field experience can be frightening at first but it turns out to be really fun. You just have to try it.
Curently I am the director of a musical at my old school, and starting next week, I will sit in on a new elementary class

A4: The best way to help anyone, teacher or not, is by being a good listener and then support them as a fellow teacher
