This is my challenge right now - looking for more ways to get buy-in so it's not 'just one more thing' for staff.

Q1. Many Ts in our ELA hall are using flexible seating to varying degrees.
A1: if an idea comes from Twitter, tell them about! They have to see the value
A1: I share chats and meet ups with my staff. I also share things or other resources I learned from Twitter with them.
A1. Pt. 2: I give S/O to Ts who are new at Twitter/ encourage others to add them to their PLNs. Fill that feed with positivity!

I think you have to first build capacity by getting a critical mass to see it work elsewhere.
At elem level, Ts could do anything tied 2 standard and it was for a couple hrs, not as PD though.
