    Daily goals, weekly goals, lesson goals and end of unit goals as small, reachable goals allow for immediate success. Does that help? #pechat

    Strategy I use: be involved in many student projects. Coaching, intramural, trips… all of these provide opps to get to know new Ss #pechat
