Shout out to St Anthony school ( dont know Twitter handle) It was great exploring formative assessment tools today. Life long learners! AND one teacher was a former student of mine!!!!#adwteach
A1: I mapped out the rest of the year on my calendar in order to be prepared, make sure that I get through another writing unit, and found activities to pair with it. I also made contact with another 6th grade ELA T to collaborate via @Flipgrid. #FlipgridFever#ADWTeach
A1: Yoga, meditation 🧘♂️ my PLN/Twitter. I also created a large list of to-do items for the remainder of the school year as well as prep for the Fall. #ADWTeach
Q3; honestly ... Co-workers and PLN energized me! I feel like we feed on each other and push each other Thx LTCs #adwteach and principals who invite us in to their schools!
#ADWTeach A3) I was the kid in high school that always started out the year with a structure in place but never stuck with it. I do the same with my goals. Hence the focus on doing the most basic parts of my job
#ADWTeach A4) my focus is always on the end goal with Ss, I keep reminding them of how many classes are left, project due dates. I also always stick to the calendar 4th quarter. I don't modify. Keep it super structured for them

A4- Our middle school team just gave a google survey to see which hot topics the students wanted to discuss before the end of her year. Will weave them into the standards! #studentchoice#engagement#adwteach
Q5 - We are grateful for PlusPortals. The whole school supports students in reaching honor roll. Kids have conversations with teachers, coaches, and admin! #adwteach
#A6: My Literacy Enrichment groups are going to create scenes from their book (Navigating Early) in @cospaces_edu. Writing Project will be a choice displaying their Argumentative Essay Topics. Looking forward to both! #ADWTeach
Q5-Students at St. Mary's and St. Joseph's have new renewed interest and goals now after we've participated in the robotics competition last Saturday! They now are working harder, a lot were inspired and would like to be a part of the competition next year! #adwteach
A#6. My 7th grade LA students put on Greek myth play for third grade the last week of school. Finishes up myth unit while building bonds with younger students. Ens up being a highlight of the year. #ADWTeach

Following @ADWCathSchools#adwteach chats makes me think about going back to teaching. But then I get a grip and just enjoy all the amazing ideas knowing how blessed our Ss are by our dedicated and creative Ts!
