Q1 A1- You can learn so much by watching how they interact with each other during planning. Some are all in all the time and others need encouragement to plan together. #HISDAdminChat
A2: On my campus, there is no notion of WASTE. Making it happen by working every minute of it and focused on what is important to accomplish #HISDAdminChat
Q2 A2: Fear. We try to always work without fear. This is something that I really push in our faculty and staff- to take risks and constantly reflect. #HISDAdminChat
Q3 A3- innovation is a result of taking risks, leading with love and trusting that the vision for student achievement is always leading the way! #HISDAdminChat
A3: Educational innovation on my campus is a result of trial and error but always finding ways to add value with the resources and time we have available #HISDAdminChat
A3: surrounding myself around people who push my thinking. When my staff sees that I’m not afraid to take risks, they are more comfortable with it. #HISDAdminChat#myprinciPALSrock

Agreed. There's not much room for ME, when it's all about WE. To be honest, I'm not sure why anyone would try to engage in the work alone. Seems awfully lonely and rarely effective. #HISDAdminChat
Hey #HISDAdminChat friends! Hope you can make it up HWY 290 to Brenham for #edcampgrow on Feb. 24. Many of you had your names come up at #edcampcyfair this Saturday.
