I'd want to be sure to stress that my role is to offer windows & mirrors to students - to see themselves & the world.

I see so much pushback against opening this up from admins scared of predators, lawsuits, etc.
I'd say I've built a global PLN & plan to teach my students to do the same.

I would have the staff list everything in the way of student achievement, throw out ones you have no control over then prioritize
