Teachers and other district administrators can come to discuss how blended learning opportunities personalize the educational experience for students and set each student on the path to success.

Domain 4 technical skills....we spent time talking about trouble shooting.
GRIT is where it is at for iNACOL domain 2!
"Embrace uncertainty and ambiguity" A new kind of standard for teachers but I think it opens yourself up to innovation.

Student reports relationships with Ts are stronger in a blended learning class than in a traditional class
S-f2f class is more "chill" in blended learning model b/c we already have done our work & we know we know we can do it
