#CUEchat is both a weekly Twitter chat and an ongoing conversation across social media that connects CUE members, resources, and new ideas. Each week is powered by a unique voice.

Hey #cuechat.. I’m urbie, a learning experience designer from chandler, az.. atm I’m in Los Angeles for #meetup, Storytelling for Immersive Medium with @FionaRene#edtech#arvrinedu
A1: I remember being att #FallCUE in 2015 and your sesh was the same time as my own first one at a big #CUE event I was both proud and jealous to miss out #CUEchat#ConnectedTL#WeAreCUE
I think meeting so many awesome educators (not just tosas or edtechies) has been great! #ShoutOut to @LindseyBlass1 for all our amazing IRL memories together! #cuechat

A1: #ConnectedTL was the very first PLN I really became a part of, both through chats and especially through the Voxer slow chat. I've met & got to know some amazing folks & my thinking & pedagogy has been pushed & grown so much. #cuechat#PLF
A1: I can't narrow it down to particular thing, but #connectedTL was one the first chats I ever jumped on. It was here where I connected with and met so many great tweeps that have molded my practice and helped me achieve things I never thought possible. #CUEchat#adakatwedding

A1: Fav memories include meeting the amazing @rhondacorippo who got this ball majorly rolling. And then treading through year 1 with @MrVaudrey and all the times I felt CONNECTED when I was physically alone in my job as an edtech TOSA #cuechat#connectedtl
A2: Being a connected teacher means I am not alone. I am not crazy. I am part of a tribe. I belong. I can take risks with other out of the box thinkers like me no matter what the outcome #CUEchat#connectedTL#WeAreCUE
A2: It means I don't have to function in a silo with no job-alikes in my district. I can read out to my PLN and feel supported. Validating #bestpractices Surrounded by #stickerlovers Passionate educators #CUEchat#WeAreCUE#connectedTL
A2: it means never being alone and always having someone to bounce ideas off of, vent frustrations to, and share celebrations with, and I know they will “get it”. #cuechat
A2: Being a connected teacher leader to me was all about learning there is SO MUCH MORE than what's going on in my own little classroom/school/district. I connected w/ peeps all over the state/country/world & learned so much more than if I had stayed in my little box. #cuechat
A2: At first I just wanted to be connected...but being connected has led to me realizing my own leadership skills. It brought out the leader in me more than I ever knew I could. #connectedTL#cuechat
It is about the ongoing “import” and “export” of knowledge. That idea of being in a third space where it is less about your title and more about your ideas…and how we all can gain from the value that each provides to the learning community. #CUEchat#ConnectedTL

A2: Connected = a click away from people who get me; pocket PLN via Voxer; passionate peeps that want to b together instead of part. Teacher-Leader = Anyone who aspire to teach & lead at the same time. We r ALL TLs! That was the whole point from Day 1 of #connectedTL#cuechat
A3: How to be more of a risk taker. I was too wrapped up in how I learned throughout school and what my colleague were still doing, I didn't start to branch out more until about year 3 #cuechat#connectedTL
A3: You are not going to be a good teacher your first year. It's about learning what kind of teacher you want to be, being humble and a sponge for learning from all inputs, then sorting it all out and finding your own voice, style, and philosophy. #cuechat
A3: How to say no, but yes to the right things. As a new teacher, you want to show that you are a team player, but you can't stretch yourself too thin. #cuechat#connectedTL
A2: Use your expertise to find and keep quality- be a curator of resources and material by sorting out the misaligned and ineffective..be a teacher-leader who curates great stuff and shares it out. #CUEchat
A3: 1 thing I wish I would have known as a beginning teacher is that I don't have to be an expert. I need to know who the experts are and reach out to them when needed. Another is the importance of students producing content rather regurgitating my factoids. #cuechat
A3 just because your department thanks you're crazy doesn't mean you are (well you might be but not in the weird way), you just need to find the right people. #cuechat
A3: I wish I would have know how to plan for FUN in addition to content. And how to design my lessons with tons of choice and celebration. #joymatters#cuechat#connectedtl
A4: I never told you before, but it's you @CateTolnai because I followed you Spring of 2016 and it was through your tweets where I learned of and applied to present at #CapCUEPLN and that trip is where #adakat was born. #cuechat
A4: @CateTolnai YOU are certainly the #ConnectedTL tweep that has impacted me how to use the power of Twitter to join and expand my PLC #WeAreCUE#CUEchat The power of 2-3 years ago. :)
Thank you to the friendship, collegiality, and willingness to push each other’s thinking that has grown with @jcorippo and the opportunity, along with Rhonda, to have moderated a #ConnectedTL chat #CUEchat
A5: It's important to get more @ACSA_info administrators connected to cutting edge, best practices as well as sharing to help them better see as #edtech as not something separate from solid pedagogy. #cuechat
A5: The new moderators embody a large part of the education community that doesn't necessarily get a ton of attention. It takes all of us to serve our kids. We are #BetterTogether. #cuechat#connectedTL

A5: There will be many new people and topics to connect with. Endings and beginnings. bittersweet yet optomistic for opportunities to come #CUEchat#WeAreCUE#connectedtl
Important to have a variety of perspectives, insight, especially as CA continues to change and innovate their system, we have to become much more familiar with "The California Way” and how this system change has impact on our educational organizations, institutions #CUEchat
Adding the reach and expertise of the @EdSurge community to #cuechat makes me SUPER excited!! Learning how and why to tell your story from the storytellers themselves! #swoon#cuechat
